Bright studio with unobstructed view

Bright and perfectly located accommodation. The studio located on the 5th floor (no elevator) consists of a spacious living area with a sofa bed; an equipped kitchen and a refurbished bathroom. The studio is ideally located in the center of Paris (7th/15th). It is a 10-minute walk to Les Invalides and a 20-minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. It is also served by lines 6, 10, 12, and 13. I live in this studio; part of the dressing room will be closed during the rental. Enjoy your stay!

Important: The apartment is located on the 7th floor without elevator access. The reward is inside :) Elegant and industrial in style, our apartment is nestled at the top of a building with typical Parisian architecture, Haussmann, opposite the Eiffel Tower. Inhabited part of the week by its owners, it is not an apartment-hotel as you often find: there is life, a soul, clothes in the cupboards and something to cook a good little dish when you arrive :)
