Great place to relax!!! Eleni's house is in a very nice village located in a privilleged area which helps your travelling to all deffirent island destinations. It combines local style - high asthetics - ergonomy and very relaxing ambience. We really enjoyeded the garden and the harmony of the place. Eleni was always ready to kindly ansewr our questions/ requests and overall we feel her house added real value to our vacations.

We were quite late in the evening arriving and was warmly welcomed. Watermelon, peaches, wine, bottled water, treats and more awaited us. The place was so homey, we felt right at home. There is not one thing I can say negative about this property. The outside area is simply gorgeous and the pool was taken care of daily. Response to issues, my own fault, was immediate and so appreciated as first I locked myself out and then I didn’t know how to use the oven. :) It was taken care of in literally minutes. The bed was so comfortable as was the couch in the living room. A delicious bottle of wine from their lemon tree in the yard was given to us on departure, as well as an offer to check out later if needed. Do not hesitate to stay here, it truly is all it claims to be. We hope to be back some day.

Everything about our stay at Michael's place was nice! The place itself is lovely and matched the description. As a family of 4, we had a comfortable stay and each member could enjoy different parts of the house without being "in the way". High ceilings, spacious rooms, fully equiped and with a "feel at home" vibe at first glance. Extra bonus was Michael himself, who undoubtedly was a great host! Friendly, accessible, gave us insight and great recommendations, was flexible with check in and with clear instructions. He also hosted a farewell party which will be fondly remembered by us as a highlight, with good food and great company! Michael we hope to come back one day! Thank you !

Staying in a historic property that was carefully and lovingly restored was memorable. This property is well located, with easy access to shops, restaurants and historic sites. The space in front of the home is a public square; noise was not a factor. Future renters should be aware that the listing describes on premises parking, which is misleading as this is a pedestrian only area. Luggage can be dropped off at the front gate (Kastro), where the property manager will meet you and show you to the home. For 10 euros, you can hire a porter to move your luggage. Unless you have a light small suitcase or daypack, this is highly advisable. As we are traveling for 3 months and have 56cm suitcases, this was a godsend! This was our 14th AirBNB of the trip, and our 4th in Greece. I was disappointed by the lack of hospitality and warmth displayed by the property manager; our interactions were highly transactional, which is the opposite of our Greek experiences. Overall, happy we stayed once.

We loved this little house with our private terrace! The owner always asked if we need anything else, he was very helpful and friendly ! Kitchen is fully equipped. Our children loved the toasty maker, so they could have melted cheese sandwiches every day! The best sandy beach is only about 10 min drive, but we also used the local sandy beach 1 min walk away. The beaches around generally quiet shallow, so is good for children. Our favourite Gira place just 1 min walk away, you need to turn left after exiting the house and go straight towards the beach , is on the right hand side, and it’s generous portions, with really nice chips for a naughty treat! We would come back again!

Our stay was more than excellent, we stayed for seven days and it was all so beautiful and quiet, Mr. Theodoros and Mrs. Vasso amazing people, I highly recommend it to anyone who is thinking of vacation in Kythira!!!

Our two-night stay in the apartment was perfect! The place is clean and tidy and just as shown in the pictures. The location was easy to find and it was a great base for exploring Monemvasia (20 minute drive) and Elafonisos Island (40 minute drive). The communication went through Georgia, who was very polite and always available for whatever we needed. They also welcomed us with oranges from their local fields which was a nice touch. We definitely recommend this apartment!

This is a great place, we recommend it strongly! Right by the beach, you can walk everywhere, and there’s a playground very close if you have kids. The view from the balcony is great too. The owner was also very kind to us: we made a mistake when looking at the baby equipment and she went out of her way to help us find what we needed anyway. So… if you’re hesitating, just book it!

Amazing host. Flexible to check in to check out. The location was amazing. Great views, space, AC in every bedroom. The terrace is wonderful to have a relaxing time. We were a family and fitted right into this place. Highly recommended

The apartment has a practical layout and is in very good location. Sotiris is a great host and was very responsive.

Really really great place and amazing location - only drawback is it’s tough to keep the house clean from sand as the water hose is in the back. Still would definitely recommend

The host was helpful and responsive to every inquiry. Orange juice, water and beers were waiting for us in the fridge. The cave bedroom, a vaulted stone room, maybe not ventilated enough (not for claustrophobic!), but it remains special and separate from the rest of the house which is a new clean semi-basement. Especially the bathroom was spotless and comfortable, as shown in the photos. The spot is accessible on foot next to Neapoli.

A very nice place to stay, exactly as described. The view from the balcony was indescribably beautiful! The equipment was more than adequate. The accommodation is also sufficient with children. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent in every way, very highly recommended!

We loved this beautiful and peaceful spot! My mom, my brother and I stayed here and had plenty of room and felt right at home. We were able to read and have a coffee on the balcony in the morning, plus a beautiful view at the top. Be cautious of monemvasia and the walking you have to do, but luckily Isabelle was so sweet to help us with our bags at the gate. Absolutely loved staying here and would do it again!

A beautiful and clean studio in the heart of Neapoli. Free parking outside. The beach is at a walking distance. Multiple restaurants to choose from nearby. The host, Sofia, was lovely and very helpful. We highly recommend this place!

Lovely stay, beautiful surroundings, close to city and water. Lovely terrace with the most beautiful sea view. However, one room was in the basement.
