Vacation rentals with beach access in Nea Roda

Wir waren zu zweit 10 Tage in der gemütlichen Wohnung von Eva. Es war blitzsauber, Bad ganz neu, wunderbare Terrasse, ruhige Lage. Man kann zu Fuß viele gute Tavernen erreichen und es gibt wunderbare Strandbuchten in der Umgebung, die mit dem Auto zu erreichen sind. Eva und ihre liebe Mutter, die im Erdgeschoss unter der Wohnung lebt, sind sehr gastfreundlich und kommunikativ. Wir haben uns wie bei Freunden gefühlt. Hoffentlich können wir bald wieder kommen!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und haben uns in dem Apartment von Barbara wohl gefühlt. Der Check-in/Check-out ist unkompliziert über eine Schlüssel Box möglich. Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen, war sehr sauber und modern. Strand, Restaurants, Supermarkt sind fußläufig erreichbar und parken vor der Tür war kein Problem. Die Kommunikation mit Barbara war stets freundlich und hilfreich.

Престоят ни беше изключително приятен! Жилището е точно както е описано – чисто, уютно и напълно оборудвано с всичко необходимо. Комуникацията с домакина беше бърза и лесна и ни помогна с полезна информация за района. Локацията е отлична. Определено бихме отседнали отново!

Had great time at this apartment. Instructions on how to get inside were clear. The place is clean and looks just like the photos. Apartment is located right at the center of Pefkochori, but because of its placement it’s still very quiet and relaxing. It takes you two-three minutes to get to the comfortable beach. Restaurants around are great and the guide that host gave us was helpful. Communication with host was easy, friendly, they responded quickly and with care. I would definitely recommend it.

Kyriakos dürüst, centilmen ve cana yakın bir ev sahibi. Kendi evimiz kadar rahat ettik. Abartısız söylüyorum: Daha önce bu kadar temiz bir yerde kalmadım. Kyriakos o kadar tecrübeli ki, her soruma hızla cevap verdi ama bir şey sormama pek gerek kalmadı. Bize harita pinleriyle birlikte, gerekli olabilecek ve önerebileceği her yer, restoran ve plajın listesini attı. Önerdiği her yere hayran kaldık. 3.günün sabahı temiz havlularımızı kapıda asılı bulduk. Biz yorumların aksine evi küçük bulmadık. Mutfakta birkaç kez yemek yedik ve her şeyi rahatça hazırlayabildik. Balkonu dinlenmek için mükemmel. Dolap kıyafetlerimizi rahatça aldı. Yatak rahattı. Biz varmadan klimayı açmıştı ama gerek kalmadı. Geceleri serin ve güzeldi. Bölge sessiz ve sakin. Yakındaki plaj gayet kullanışlı. Araç için şahsi ve gölgelik yer var. Teşekkür ederiz Kyriakos, umarım tekrar geleceğiz!

notre séjour c’est très bien passé. appartement vraiment qualitatif pour le prix et surtout l’emplacement. la terrasse est une pièce en plus indéniablement. un plaisir d’y rester , se poser et profitez de la mer et de son petit port. parking pile devant à toute heure. la chambre du haut est spacieuse pour une mezzanine. les couchages sont bons la salle de bain est top et moderne. le tout était propre et bien équipé . nous avons visiter toute la péninsule de kassandra en partant d’ici sans difficulté je recommande +++. ps : nos amis les chats sont aussi de la partie sur la terrasse c’est assez drôle 😹

Unser Aufenthalt bei Ioannes war wirklich wunderbar. Die Beschreibung der Bilder entspricht genau dem, was wir vorgefunden haben: die Wohnung war modern und ästhetisch eingerichtet, ordentlich und sauber. Vom Sonnenschirm für den Strand über Bügelbrett bis zu Töpfen und Pfannen war alles da, was man für einen schönen Urlaub benötigt. Und dazu befindet man sich noch direkt am Meer! Ioannes war sehr sympathisch und hat uns freundlich in Kalyves empfangen. Besonders gut hat uns die Flexibilität und Gastfreundschaft von Ioannes gefallen: wir konnten nicht nur morgens um 01.00 Uhr (aufgrund des sehr späten Flugs) problemlos in die Wohnung einchecken, sondern wurden auch noch mit einer Kleinigkeit zu essen begrüßt. Der Kontakt mit Ioannes war angenehm, reibungs- und problemlos. Wir können die Wohnung in jedem Fall weiterempfehlen.

Highly recommend Revekka’s place! Absolutely loved staying there and looking forward to coming back in the future! She is an amazing host and has everything you would ever need in the apartment!

This has become a very special place for our family. Such a peaceful cove, especially in morning and evening when summer boat traffic calms down. Lovely, clean, home-like.

Fünf Sterne reichen nicht um die Gastfreundschaft an diesem Ort zu beschreiben. Sie war unglaublich! Wir möchten uns an dieser Stelle erneut für einen wunderbaren Urlaub mit unseren zwei Kindern bedanken. Die Lage der Wohnung nur wenige Schritte von einem wunderbaren Strand ist großartig. Der Garten wunderschön. Unsere Kinder liebten die Gastgeber und spielten viel mit ihrem Hund, der selbst zu Kleinkindern unglaublich lieb ist. Wir würden so gerne wieder kommen. Danke für alles!

Beautiful villa in a tranquil and peaceful setting. Overlooking the ocean with spectacular sunsets. 5 minutes walk to the nearest beach and further down a handful of excellent beach bars. Shirt 5 minute drive to Posidi town. Villa is so homely. Spacious and comfortable. Alfresco and backyard for entertaining and space for the kids. Vasiliki is a wonderful host, communicating clearly and proactively, helping when needed. We highly recommend this place.

Η φιλοξενία που δεχτήκαμε μένοντας στο δωμάτιο της κυρίας Ελένης ήταν πολύ ευχάριστη. Τόσο ο χώρος, όσο και η διαθεσιμότητα και η καλή διάθεση της οικοδέσποινας μας έκαναν να νιώσουμε πολύ άνετα. Ακόμη, ο κηπος του σπιτιου ειναι ενα πολυ ωραιο νερος για να περασεις την ωρα σου, ενώ σε απόσταση λίγων μέτρων από το κατάλυμα υπάρχει ένας όμορφος φούρνος.

One of our favourite rentals ever. A lovely peaceful atmosphere - the garden and balcony are both wonderful places to sit. Very comfortable bed. The walk down into town is easy and the house is only a couple of minutes from a village square with a restaurant and bar. Evangelos and Katrina left us honey that they they had made themselves and it was the best we had ever tasted! We went in early April so things were just starting to open up - great weather and plenty of empty beaches with swimmable sea.

We absolutely loved Niki's house! The sea view is stunning and the quiet wave-sound is so relaxing.. The house was spotless clean, Niki and Pantelis were extremely kind and warm - we could feel their loving intention even with our language barrier. Anna, their daughter was very kind and responsive in perfect English in writing whenever needed. Pyrgadikia is the cutest village with small cafes, restaurants and marina, with the sweetest atmosphere only 5 minutes away. The house is located in a strategic point, close to the roads to both sides of Sithonia and was very comfortable to thoroughly explore all around it. I highly recommend!!

A lovely place to stay! Its very close to a sandy beach and there are lots of places to eat nearby. The house is very cosy and has all the amenities you need. Barbara is very helpful indeed and was always on hand if I had any questions. Nothing seemed like too much trouble. There are some amazing beaches to explore on this peninsula. Highly recommended!

Wir verbrachten eine wunderschöne Woche mit unseren 3 Kindern in Nondas Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist noch schöner als auf den Fotos, die Ausstattung wirklich sehr gut. Da wir Ende Oktober dort waren , waren wir konplett allein am wunderschönen Strand. Das Meerwasser ist herrlich und hatte noch 23 Grad. Es war wirklich ein unvergesslicher, wunderschöner Aufenthalt für die ganze Familie

Wir waren hier Ende Mai und sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig, es gibt aber dennoch viele Restaurants und kleine Cafés in der Nähe. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und alle Ausstattungen wie beschrieben vorhanden. Der Checkin war sehr einfach und flexibel. Wir konnten nach Absprache sogar schon vormittags um 11 Uhr einchecken. Es gab zwar kein privaten Parkplatz an der Unterkunft, aber immer genügend Parkplätze an der Straße direkt vor der Unterkunft.

Estivermos no apartamento de Korinna por quase 3 meses e foi absolutamente perfeito. O apartamento é exatamente como nas fotos, tem tudo que se pode precisar para cozinhar. As roupas de cama e banho, em quantidade, eram de excelente qualidade. A localização não podia se melhor, a uma quadra da orla e a duas quadras da centralíssima praça Aristotelius, com grande quantidade de mercados, bares e restaurantes ao redor. O contato com Korinna foi extremamente fácil e rápido. A mãe de Korinna, Eva, foi de uma gentileza impar e nos brindou com um maravilhoso doce típico de Tessalônica por ocasião da Páscoa ! Quando retornarmos a Tessalônica esperamos poder ficar hospedados novamente nesse ótimo apartamento.

It was truly a wonderful experience. Both the cleanliness of the apartment and the communication with the host made the stay even better. The location is very central, allowing easy access to many places on foot. Looking forward to staying here again.

Wunderschönes Airbnb mit Top Standort. Der Besitzer war sehr freundlich und leicht zu erreichen. Er hat uns gute Tips für Strände und Restaurants gegeben. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Dafnis Haus. Die direkte Lage am Meer und der wunderschöne große Garten, in dem uns Schildkröten besucht haben, war wirklich toll. Wir haben die Ruhe außerhalb der Saison sehr genossen. Die Kommunikation mit Dafni lief prima und ein flexibler Check out hat uns eine stressfreie Abreise ermöglicht . Vielen Dank für alles, wir kommen gern wieder.

Sehr tolle Unterkunft. Sie liegt etwas vom Stadt Zentrum entfernt, ca 45 min zu Fuß, was aber überhaupt nicht schlimm ist, weil man die ganze Strecke am Wasser entlang gehen kann. Die Wohnung ist sauber und sieht genau so aus wie auf den Bildern. Das Highlight war die Terasse, von der man sehr schön aufs Wasser gucken konnte. Wir würden immer wieder bei Sofia Buchen. 😊

Absolutely stunning apartment on the top floor of a 3 story building with the most amazing sea views one can lavish in. This corner apartment is very spacious and airy with a super comfortable bed and linens, a great open kitchen with all appliances and the most amazing wrap around balcony literally a stones throw away from the sandy beach and clean sea. There is a cafe underneath with soft music in afternoons but now in May it was very quiet (which might not be the case for the summer). I loved sleeping and waking to the sound of nothing but the waves. It was a true blessing. Thank you for having me Elena!
