An apartment with a spacious balcony with a view. It sleeps comfortably up to 5 guests. Only 150 metres from the sandy beach and restaurants and thee minutes walk from the local bakery and supermarket. It benefits from a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious open plan lounge/dinner, two bedrooms with comfortable antique style beds, and a large wardrobe. One of the bedrooms has a double bed. The apartment is fully air conditioned, offers free WiFi, free parking and a garden with a barbecue.

Our house is situated right three meters away from the beach of Halkidiki, famous for its crystal clear waters. It offers guests the opportunity to relax in peaceful surroundings whilst enjoying the wonderful turquoise waters of the area. The place is also recommended for sports activities such as hiking and trekking. It has a wonderful view to Mount Athos. Our house is suitable for families with children and all adult stays. This modern Loft is located in front of the beach and offers stunning sea view from its private balcony. The interior (renovated in 2022) features contemporary design and allows for plenty of sun light. The Loft area is 45sqm and consists of a living room, a dining area with fully equipped kitchen with appliances, private bathroom and a bedroom area. The location allows easy access to the beautiful beaches of the area, as well as to a variety of restaurants and shops.
