Vacation rentals with a patio in Nea Moudania

Great location and a wonderful sunrise. The flat is situated at the second floor. The space is more than generous for 2 couples. The beach is also very nice with both free areas and beach bar. One of the few places in beach front that offers parking. All together, a wonderful place for a vacation. Thank you for sharing your home with us Silke and Kai.

We have decided to spend our honeymoon at Konstantinos’ place and it was the best decision we have made! He was always responsive, ready to help and understanding about our late check-in. The location is Superb, extremely beautiful, well taken care and has everything you need for your stay! It was definitely the best choice we could have made and for sure, we will come back!

Everything was perfect!!! Nikos and Eleni were really responsive and friendly ( with really good recommendations on what to do and where to eat) The house was really clean and fully equipped with everything you might need. We didn’t have any issues with parking which was a huge plus on our side. The location is perfect you can walk to anywhere you want in Afytos Thank you for everything !!!

Characterful apartment with spacious living and dining areas and comfortable sofas. Beds were comfortable. Centrally located and close to some good restaurants.

Excellent location, sandy beach at 3 min drive. We arrived long before check in, the host was in the yard and opened us to enter, both he and his wife extraordinary people! 🤍 I made up to the car, the wheel was no longer good, she went with me to buy a new wheel at vulcanization, thanks from the bottom of my heart for everything. 🙏 The description is not mentioned but we also had the washing machine, iron, TV and terrace, we did not miss anything, I highly recommend this place that gives you the peace you need for a wonderful vacation! Thank you Dimitrios for all the help we felt like home!

We had a wonderful stay at Dimitris' accommodation. Very nice house and great furnishings, everything was very clean. The area is very quiet, almost village-like and you have a great view of the city. Our highlight: enjoy the sunset on the city wall. There were also very good taverns nearby. We would love to come back :))

The house very beautiful. Thye view is absolutely amazing. The beach is just across the street. The restaurants and coffee shops are ten minutes walking along the beach. Filippos is a wonderful host. There is a personal BBQ, the kitchen is full of equipment - all you may need. Every sleeping room has it's own bathroom. There is nothing more than you can want. I highly recomment the place. Thank you Filippos for your kind hospitality.

Lovely apartment near the sea. The apartment was clean and cozy. We enjoyed our vacation every day. Our backyard was so beautiful Mediterranean. The water was crystal clear. There were shops, restaurants and cafes near the apartment. People were friendly. We'll come back to this place again.

We had a great time staying at Stavros’ place. He was a great host, always accommodating.

Staying here was an experience that touched our hearts. The house was comfy, perfectly equipped, chill on hot days and super quite during the night. The terrace offered perfect shade. We were blown by heartwarming details like finding a glass in the freezer to enjoy a cold beer, or the delicious jam and honey, the fine coffee and the list continues. We adored the garden with its little meditation corner under the olive trees. We were grateful we could use the kayak and SUPs anytime we wanted and incredibly impressed by Dimitra's and her father's hospitality and kindness.

Villa had everything required for a great holiday. Ben was friendly and helpful anytime we needed anything during our stay. Patio and pool area were great with amazing views to the sea. Kitchen had everything we required during our stay and the villa was very comfortable. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

We had a very good time at Themis's house. The location is very peaceful. We were greeted by her parents who were very kind and caring. The house is spacious and the outdoor space is comfortable and very well maintained. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The beds are comfortable. The lady made us a great pita. Positive experience.

It was the best place I’ve ever stayed. Cleanliness, location, and price were all great. (I went knowing it was on the 5th floor with no elevator.) If it’s your first time in Thessaloniki, the location is perfect — close to everything. The famous bakery is just around the corner :) Even though there are cafes downstairs, it wasn’t noisy; the street was lively but not disturbing. Mrs. Maria is just wonderful, she answers no matter what you ask her, informative, in instructions etc, she served me in many issues such as check-in checkout, she is a great host, people like that are rare!!The house is very nice it gives warmth like your home,with all the necessities, we were very satisfied. the house is close to everything,sea,center, mini market from below supermarket further there,everything is around you.It is worth to come, however we will come again!!!

The apartment is situated in a building with a parking sport and a yard. Inside the apartment everything was wonderful - clean spacious, with lovely small details. Nikoletta has prepared some complimentary snacks and drinks for us, which was really great. To reach the beach a car is needed and same is to get to a restaurant. But there's a local market, a bakery and a pharmacy in 5mins walking distance from the apartment. Overall it was a lovely stay!

Dafina, with her availability, did not let us miss anything. The apartment is new, quiet, spacious, clean, equipped with every comfort and with a beautiful terrace. And the ideal point to visit Kassandra. Beaches and main services are easily accessible. Perfect place to relax
