Πολυ ομορφος χωρος με θεα την θαλασσα! Σε κοντινη αποσταση εχει οτι μπορει να χρειαστεις! Ευκολο παρκινγκ μπροστα στο καταλυμα! Ο οικοδεσποτης μας αψογος! Σιγουρα θα επιστρεψω στο μελλον!

Εξαιρετική επιλογή για οικογένεια. Το διαμέρισμα ξεπέρασε τις προσδοκίες μας αφού οι φωτογραφίες δεν αποδίδουν ακριβώς το ποσό όμορφος χώρος είναι. Είχε τα πάντα που μπορεί να χρειαστείς για τη διαμονή σου, ολιγοήμερη ή και πολυήμερη. Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία, μετακινήσεις με τα πόδια και ησυχία. Συστήνεται ανεπιφύλακτα ως μια value for money επιλογή.

I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway close to Athens. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach. The apartment was spotless and had everything I needed. The host went above and beyond, welcoming me with a delicious cake and a bottle of wine. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals. Will visit again!

αψοχή οικοδεσπότης η Αναστασία! πολύ φιλική ,πολύ ευχάριστος άνθρωπος, και το σπίτι της εξαιρετικά τέλειο!! μία από τις καλύτερες εμπειρίες μου περάσαμε τέλεια !!με μεγάλη μου χαρά θα τα ξαναπούμε την επόμενη φορά που θα έρθουμε αμαρυνδος Αναστασιά... το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα!!!!!

Beautiful apartment had everything we needed. Host was fantastic and very friendly replying to us within minutes of messages. Perfect location. Amazing traditional no set menu taverna at end of Street, coffee shops, supermarkets, wool shop and do much on doorstep. Beach at other end of road and main front 10 mins flat walk. 100% recommend and would absolutely come back. Thank you we had a lovely few days in eretria and evia.

Όλα ήταν υπέροχα. Ο Νίκος ήταν πολύ φιλικός και κατατοπιστικός σαν οικοδεσπότης. Περάσαμε πολύ ωραία!

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen und ruhigen Aufenthalt. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich. Auf Fragen wurde umgehend und kompetent reagiert. Idealer Ausgangspunkt um die Insel zu erkunden. Nochmals ein herzliches Dankeschön für den bereitstehenden Begrüßungswein und für die selbst eingelegten Oliven.

Η δεύτερη επίσκεψη μας στο sunny house μας άφησε τις ίδιες υπέροχες εντυπώσεις. Είναι βέβαιο ότι θα ξαναπάμε με την πρώτη ευκαιρία. Η Ζωή και ο Κυριακος εξαιρετικοί οικοδεσπότες , ευγενικοί και φιλικοί ,όπως πάντα . Ευχαριστούμε πολύ για την θερμή υποδοχή στον πανέμορφο χώρο σας.

We had an excellent vacation and we highly recommend! A stunning house in a secluded and private area, a few minutes' drive from the nearby town, Amarinthos. Very suitable for those looking for peace and natural scenery and an excellent starting point for trips in Evia. Please note that a car is required. The house is equipped with everything you need, clean and tidy. Maybe could be renewed a bit. Josh was very communicative and helped with anything needed. We would love to return there for more vacations in the future!

We had a simply fantastic time staying at Kostas and Sofia's Calypso Villa. The setting is jaw dropping... every morning I would walk out of the master bedroom and be confronted with the most stunning view, through the wide giant windows of the living room, of the sea and mountains of the mainland behind. The villa is simple but super comfortable. The main living room/kitchen combined with the deck feels huge and with the constant companion of that amazing view. The pool - very cold! - great between sunbathing stints. And our three children - one teen and two tweens - loved the table tennis. We had not been to Evia before and really loved the 'off the beaten track' feel of it, so close to Athens and yet feeling very traditional and rural. Dafni itself has one taverna, above the beach, and there's another in Neotrivia (4-5 minute drive) where we also bought bread each morning from the tiny back street bakery. Sofia and Kostas are super helpful and friendly and we'd love to go back.

το σπίτι ήταν πάρα πολύ καθαρό,με όλες τις ανέσεις που χρειάζεται κάποιος για να μείνει μέρες και να νιώσει σαν το σπίτι του.Η επικοινωνία ήταν άψογη και ήταν ακριβώς ότι είδαμε στις φωτογραφίες!!!ευχαριστούμε πάρα πολύ για όλα και σίγουρα θα το ξαναπροτιμησουμε!!!

Herzlichen Dank für die wunderbare Zeit. Wir waren erneut für 3 Wochen hier und sind genauso begeistert wie be unserem letzten Aufenthalt. Bei Ankunft am Abend brannte der Kaminofen und erzeugte angenehme Wärme. Weitere Highlights waren die selbstgebackenen Kuchen, Eier , Tee und Olivenoel. Die Taverne nebenan war ein Hafen der Herzlichkeit und leckerer lokaler Gerichte und ist auch unbedingt zu empfehlen.

Πολυ ωραιος χωρος. Πεντακάθαρος με παρα πολλες παροχές. Η οικοδέσποινα ποκυ ευγενική και εξυπηρετική. Κοντα στο κέντρο της Χαλκίδας αλομα και με τα πόδια. Πολυ ησυχη γειτονία. Θα το επιλεξω ξανα!!!

I had a nice stay at the apartment. It is very quiet there, so perfect to relax and escape for a while. Apartment with a lot of care for little details. Did not miss anything in particular. Just a msall problems with the Wifi that kept reconnecting. Besides that the host was always quick to respond and helpful, no matter if you had a question about the apartment or the surrounding area. Can only recommend, especially at a very affordable price. Thanks!

We spent about 3 weeks in the beautiful apartment. We felt very comfortable, it was very clean and new. It was the perfect starting point for us to explore the area. Starting the day with a coffee on the sun terrace with a view of the mountains and the sea describes the feel-good atmosphere in the apartment well. Our host Christos gave us extensive tips for restaurants and excursions and the interaction was very polite, almost familial. Shopping facilities and everything you need for daily life could be reached on foot. In summary, it was simply a great place to spend your vacation.
