Simply amazing stay! The cottage is exactly as pictured and described in the listing – even more beautiful in person. Everything was impeccably clean, very fragrant and welcoming. The care for the details made all the difference! Breakfast is wonderful, prepared with great affection and fresh items. It was a delicious experience from start to finish. I would definitely return and recommend with my eyes closed!

Very nice and quiet place, great for those who want to disconnect a little from the routine. The view is beautiful and makes you want to spend the whole day in the bathtub looking at the trees. In addition, Denis was super proactive and kind, responds quickly and is always available to answer questions and assist in whatever is possible, I hope to return soon!

Tico was a perfect host! He always responded very quickly and cordially! The property is exactly as seen in the photos! Apart from the cleanliness and the care and good taste of the decoration, they were incredibly thoughtful (we had some surprises that we didn't even request and we loved it!) In addition, the cabin is very well equipped, both with appliances and kitchen utensils!

Chalé da Claúdia is a delight. Spectacular view. Super charming and practical, perfect for disconnecting from the city and relaxing. We love and feel like spending a longer season:)

A find in the area! The hut has a beautiful architecture, super cozy lighting project and is located in the middle of nature with simply stunning views at all times of the day. Bruno was super flexible and attentive from the first contact serving us with everything we need. Complete experience!

An enchanting experience! We stayed in the cabin and had incredible days! The space is extremely welcoming, with a romantic and cozy atmosphere. The whole town was clean, smells and organized. Indirect lighting makes the environment even more inviting, and there are several windows and doors that bring natural light and ventilation. The region is very quiet, excellent for resting and relaxing to the sound of birds. There is a supermarket nearby and we had all the support of Tomaz clarifying our doubts and helping us with the region. The structure is great, with everything working perfectly: fast wifi, sockets in great condition and no maintenance issues. The photos are already beautiful, but the live experience exceeds expectations! A place to relax and reconnect with nature. We can't wait to go back!

Our stay at the Phoenix Hut inside Sítio Nossa Terra was wonderful. The space is excellent, very well equipped and is a perfect place to relax and be in touch with the nature. The view is sensational! The reception and attention of your Geraldo, homey of the property, was excellent, always very helpful and attentive. We will certainly return on other occasions.

We were extremely pleased with our stay. Cordiality, perfect information about the residence. All surpassed our expectation, brand-new household appliances, cleaning, outdoor area and impeccable lawn. We found affection at every point. We felt at home. We were very pleased that we did not need to bring bedding, being bulky items. The perfect location of the residence, in a fully residential area, at the same time close to everything. City of Joanópolis very safe and receptive, with nearby attractions. Mr. Airton and Sra have received us very carefully.

Excellent and picturesque accommodation! Simple and comfortable!

The chalet is away from the main house, which gave us total privacy. Easy to reach and find. Gustavo was always ready to help us in any situation. The chalet is comfortable, with a beautiful view of the dam and full of nature. There are insects, animals and very green. Our pet ran so much that even missed returning home! City Council has all the utensils you need for a stay. Very cozy :) The only problem was that it rained when it came back. Since it has a little piece of dirt road, the car (which is low) mired and was a chloquinho to return safely. No more, I highly recommend it for sure!!

The place is great to disconnect (although there is Wi-Fi and TV channels) and a paradise for dogs (100% pet friendly). Lots of nature, but with the amenities of urban life in the house.

Every corner is thought of with affection: well-equipped, incredible works of art, cozy decor and details that make a difference. The pool is delicious, perfect for relaxing with the breathtaking view of the surrounding nature. The whole environment conveys peace and a renewed isolation — exactly what we were looking for to rest. Host was super available, careful, and helped us with everything we need. In short: we had a wonderful weekend, in a special house, with lots of green and open skies. We left renovated and very eager to return.

My boyfriend and I loved the stay. We stayed in chalet 3 and the view was incredible, facing the dam. The only point that could have in the most specific chalet in the bathroom, was the soap dish…It would help a lot. Otherwise, the bed was great, refrigerator in great condition…The internet didn't always catch on, but it was the least. Bárbara is an amazing and thoughtful person…I responded almost immediately. I ameiiiiiii our stay. Thank you very much ☺️

We spent two nights in the cabin and enjoyed it very much. Well-reserved space, relaxing valley landscape, new and very complete cabin! Gabriel was always available and attentive to questions, special thanks to his mother and the complimentary cake offered.

Perfect accommodation! The hut is very comfortable, conserved and with an extremely equipped coxinha. The surroundings have absolute silence, in addition to the beautiful view of the dam. Perfect house for those who want to disconnect for a few days without having to drive much, as it is less than 1:30 am from SP capital.

Amazing weekend, all extremely clean and organized, chalets very well-equipped with all the essentials for a perfect stadia. The very receptive and helpful housekeeper Edy, kept everything organized every morning with a delicious couscous breakfast. Pamela very cordial has guided us on everything. It is definitely worth it, they can go without fear.

The chalet is well organized, the hostess was very kind and polite, she answered us whenever we need to. The place is very clean and tidy and had what we needed to spend the holiday as agreed, we missed perhaps a microwave or a stovetop in the cottage, and the staircase is beeem inclined, it has to take a little care, but nothing to discredit, because everything that was described that had, matched it and was very cozy. I can say it was a very good experience. In relation to the surroundings, it has a bar with good portions and good price, there is jet-ski option for those who like it and the environment there is very quiet, even at the carnival it was possible to feel the very peaceful climate there, great for breaking the rhythm and relaxing.

I recommend it. Beautiful and quiet place. Great for a weekend.

our stay was great! we were in 4 couples with young children and everyone loved. The house itself we understand that it needs more cleaning maintenance, but nothing that would bother our lodging because we did the maintenance ourselves during our stay. amazing place, safe and wonderful condominium with lots of things to do, literally a quiet one! we would definitely come back. sr Sérgio and Dona Nádia receive us as if they were the ones of the family!! we feel very welcome and are also attentive and kind and respond quickly whenever we need
