our host Sepalika was just lovely. even before we checked in, starting from when I booked the house, she was messaged and kept in touch and was very responsive giving details about her home and all the information that one would possibly think would be necessary for the stay. we were a group of 7 and even though we checked in late we had a smooth check in and the house was just warm, cozy and so very clean. attention to even the most little detail for the comfort of the guests was amazing and the 2 caretakers of the house were very respectful disciplined and the utmost helpful to guests. we had very enjoyable lovely continental breakfast served every day which was included in the booking price. as we had late flight sepalika even allowed a late checkout free of charge. Overall it was the one of the most comfortable and enjoyable stays from our trip to srilanka.

This gem is located in the bustling city of Colombo but nestled at the end of a Cul-de-sac and enshrouded in a jungle forest making it seem like you're hidden well away from the noise. The hosts were both friendly and helpful in giving info and travel tips and although they reside on the property, the sense of privacy was such that we felt we had the entire place to ourselves. While the price was a little higher than some places, this was one of the best locations we've stayed at, so much so, that we booked two more days at the end of our travels. I would highly recommend this location and will stay here again when we return to Sri Lanka.

The place was spotless and well-maintained! We stayed for over a month, and Janith’s dad was always available and happy to help whenever needed. As it was my first time using Airbnb, I was a bit nervous, but Janith reassured me that the place was safe and it truly was. Its proximity to the city was incredibly convenient. I’m so glad I chose this place because they went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Overall, it was a wonderful experience!

Superbe logement. Propre. belles installations. Correspond a la description. Proche d'un supermarché et de restaurants. a 40 min du centre de Colombo. Proche de la route et d'une école hymne national le matin. wifi plutôt bon. L'hôte est très reactif et le gardien sur place très gentil. La salle de sport et la piscine est très agréable ainsi que la douche exterieure. Parfait pour notre séjour de 2 nuits en famille.

Channa ist ein super Host. Er empfing uns liebevoll mit selbstgemachten Drinks und hatte zahlreiche Tipps für die Umgebung auf Lager. Die Wohnung wurde mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und ist wirklich eine grüne Oase in Colombo. Man duscht fast unter freiem Himmel. Bitte habt keine Angst vor Insekten oder Mosqitos. Die Wohnung liegt schattig und ist ein Paradies für Mosquitos aber Channa stellt netterweise Räucherstäbchen und Mückenspray für euch bereit! Das Bett verfügt über ein dichtes Mosqitonetz. Wir durften sogar unsere Motorräder bei Channa im Hof parken 👍🏼 Die Wohnung liegt in Laufreichweite zu einem Cafe Barista (2 min), einem Supermarkt (3 min) und zu einem tollen Restaurant Sanctuarii (10 min) - 1000% Empfehlung!

Great location, and more than I expected. We had a great time and the host was really good at checking in on us and making the whole trip smooth. He taught how to turn on the POOL JACUZZI!! It was amazing! The bed sheets and towels were brand new or felt new! The space was spotless. We walked right across to the beach and had some amazing food! Surprise is mentioned the hosts name and you get some great service. Everyone seems to know him! The backyard is really quiet and you can have a lovely drink in the Gazebo overlooking the pool. This was a great find! I would recommend this for single and family visitors! Sri Lanka is amazing and the host is a true island hospitality king! We felt safe in the house and the neighborhood. Great WiFi and fully stocked kitchen! Bathrooms were spotless and great shower pressure. We loved it all and wished we stayed longer.

My family and I stayed in Nicola’s Airbnb last week. The location was very easy to find, and the security is very good. Upon arrival, Mr. Roshan was ready to receive us and helped us with our bags. He is extremely helpful, showed us around the apartment and even gave clear instructions on how to use appliances available if needed. Mr. Roshan is quick to reply to queries and tend to concerns. The airbnb itself was spotless, has all the amenities included in the listing, including essentials, washer with dryer, and a kitchen that’s fully equipped. The rooms are spacious, all the rooms are equipped with AC. There’s a huge pool/gym located on the 6th floor, and a supermarket on the 5th floor. It is so children friendly, my little brother did not want to leave. The location is excellent, there’s multiple supermarkets/ restaurants and shopping malls nearby. My family loved this place so much, we’re sure to stay here if available when we come back to Sri Lanka again! Thank you, Nicola! 😄

Absolutely loved this place—it felt like home! Everything was spotless, and the co-host was incredibly helpful with quick communication. The location was convenient, safe, and perfect for my stay. I truly enjoyed every aspect of it and will definitely be coming back.

We loved our 7 night stay at Bryan’s apartment. The Airbnb is conveniently located in the heart of Colombo with shops, restaurants and supermarkets within a 2-5min walk! Bryan was super responsive and the check in was a breeze. Apartment is squeaky clean and has some amazing views of Colombo! We will definitely be back!

We will definitely stay with Shyamala again. We recommend her place to anyone who travels to Colombo. It’s very convenient, just 5 minutes walk to a fantastic shopping centre that has everything you need. The apartment is fully furnished and plenty of room. Courtesy ride to and from shops, gym or join several fitness classes as I did at the club house. Shyamala was very responsive to any of our messages no matter the time of the day and she always checked up on us if we were ok. It my first trip to Colombo but we pick the right place to stayed that felt like home. Thank you for having us and hope to stay with you sometime in the near future.

I had a wonderful experience staying with the hosts Dr Nadara and Ira at Dehiwala, in Sri Lanka. They provided a spacious apartment with all the necessary amenities, including a large bedroom, en-suite bathroom, and a separate fully equipped kitchen. The cleanliness was maintained weekly by a cleaner with Ira and fresh linen and towels were provided. In time to time the hosts offered me delicious homemade food, making me feel like I am staying with my relatives. Narada and Ira were very friendly and they are extra super hosts. The location was very convenient, close to the beach and various food outlets. Overall, it was a comfortable and welcoming stay, making I want to return to this accommodation whenever I visit Sri Lanka. The location of Narada’s and Ira’s apartment is quite convenient for exploring Colombo. It is situated between Gall Road and Marine Drive, which are major thoroughfares in Colombo. Being close to Colombo City makes it an ideal base for exploring.

We very much enjoyed our time at this beautiful ocean front apartment! Stunning sunsets to be enjoyed either from the private balcony or the huge rooftop terrace, a pool, gym, plenty of space, kitchen, fast wifi - great value for money!

I stayed at Sumudu's place with my mother for nearly 4 weeks. we felt right at home. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. The complex was secure and had gym and a pool. Sumudu is such a responsive and helpful host. Event hough the apartment complex was right next to a busy street, the apartment was very quiet. There are lot of supermartkets and restaurants nearby. I would highly recommend Sumudu's place to anyone who is looking for a place near Colombo.

This is a wonderful apartment in Mount Lavinia. It has everything you need. Security staff are on hand 24 hours. Lovely views and a 2 minute walk to the beach. Susan is a wonderful host and i will definitely stay here when next in Sri Lanka.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a fantastic Airbnb that I can't recommend highly enough! The location was absolutely perfect—very central and within walking distance to many attractions, restaurants, and shops. It made exploring the area so convenient. The space itself was impressively clean and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable stay. There was plenty of room to relax, and the air conditioning was a welcome relief after a long day of sightseeing. The kitchen was well-equipped, allowing us to prepare some meals and enjoy a cozy dining experience. What truly stood out was the host. They were incredibly kind and helpful, always available to answer questions and provide recommendations for local spots. Their hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. Beautiful sea view was the highlight. The apartment was very clean and in a great location. Living area is very spacious and pretty. It was easy to get tuk tuks from this apartment and order food for delivery. We also enjoyed the rooftop pool - and the lovely views from there as well.

The location was excellent and convenient, perfect for exploring Colombo.
