I had the best time and will definitely be back. Everything was perfect. Edgar was so nice and I really had everything I needed for my stay.

Shahram was a terrific host — friendly, responsive, helpful — and his home was lovely. He’s got a great sense of style, and all the necessary creature comforts (massive smart tv, Sonos in every area, inviting furniture, top notch kitchen accessories etc). Home and surrounding area are quiet, well-positioned a short stroll from loads of Dumbo markets, restaurants, F train, epic views of Manhattan. Office nook adds useful separation for 1-bedroom unit, and balcony set up adds easy outdoor access. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful, Minimal Apartment with a Great View! I stayed here for over a month and had a fantastic experience. The studio is clean, minimal, and spacious, with a view so good I never got tired of it. The building amenities are excellent, the gym was especially great, and I often had it all to myself. Dan was super responsive and flexible, a truly great host. Highly recommend!

I have so enjoyed my extended stay in Ruby & Danny’s street level apartment! The space was larger than I anticipated with plenty of natural light, artistic decor, and minimalist furniture that made me feel quickly at home and at peace. One of my favorite parts of staying here was walkability to the water and to the neighborhoods just north, ripe with so many great spots for coffee, dinner, local shopping, and live jazz! Plus, Danny & Ruby were communicative throughout and so friendly when we met. I would highly recommend this spot if you’re coming to the city and want to really explore Brooklyn!
