You'll love "Casa Monty". It's fully equipped, has 3 bedrooms, a master bedroom with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom, 1 bedroom with a double bed, with a bathroom outside the room and 1 bedroom with 2 cabins and 1 toilet. It's for up to 8 people, has direct access to a private beach, heating with a wood-burning stove, 140 m2, has DirectTV, Wi-Fi and an electric hot tub. From the house you can see Roca Cuadrada, and we also have a surf spot "La Mesa" in front. We are very close to restaurants and hotels in Matanzas.

The Buried House (La Casa Enterrada)

The "buried house" is the second project of the new touristic center called "Centinela de Matanzas". The name of the house comes from its exclusive design, It was built underground in a natural ravine to find a balance between the view of the sea and its surroundings, visually polluting as little as possible. The "burried house" has 110 square meters built on two floors embedded in a natural ravine and a terrace of 50 square meters above at 100 meters over the sea level.

It is a beautiful and comfortable cabin which will allow you to enjoy the beautiful Matanzas beach and all its surroundings. You have 1 bedroom with a closet, 1 bathroom, and a kitchen next to a living room that leads directly to a nice terrace where you can enjoy a hot tub that has a beautiful view of the Matanzas stream. All the rooms have a view that dominates the Matanzas ravine and the sea in the distance. You can also park your vehicle next to the cabin.

La Casa del Suizo

La Casa del Suizo is located in front of the ocean, within the luxury "Vista al oceano" condominium. This condominium is private, with controlled access. It has a playground, a skateboard ramp, and a bike pump track. The simple house is designed to enjoy the sea and its privileged views. It is the house with the most direct view of the sea. Its avant-garde architecture is typical of the area, and is signed by Felipe Wedeles, star architect of Matanzas.
