Matías is very friendly. Very convenient place to go as a large family. Comfort is all, from the bedrooms, number of bathrooms, heating in all parts and the cuba. We went with my family, and both children and adults enjoyed it. The dunes and beach are very close by. I recommend this place, we definitely want to come back.

Very nice place, surrounded by lots of trees and countryside, which makes it an ideal place to enjoy nature. Carolina is friendly and sent us a lot of information about things to do, although we preferred to stay and enjoy the house and the surroundings

My family and I were delighted with the accommodation. It was just what we needed, beautiful, quiet and cozy. Our stay was great, the negative was that the hot water was not enough for everyone, and the internet was too slow. The TV has access to Netflix, Disney and other platforms but it was impossible to watch a movie with the connection speed.

If you want to disconnect, it's the perfect place. Very nice surroundings, a beautiful view surrounded by nature. Ideal for families. A very spacious house with everything you need to enjoy your stay. Extra point: The spectacular rock CD collection! Ideal to enjoy the terrace or share at night listening to very good music 👌🏼

Charming cabana . Super clean and warm decor . Perfect location to watch the kite and wing foil . Has everything you could need Inc parking . Highly recommend so glad we chose it.

House in perfect condition, and with an incredible location and views. It has all the amenities to disconnect and rest. Steps from the sea, literally. The view and sounds are amazing. Karen was in contact at all times. The only negative point is the road to access the house. For people who have difficulty driving on slopes or on land, it can be an issue.

The house is as shown in photos and descriptions, the views are wonderful. The directions to get there were very clear, the check-in and check-out were quick. It is well equipped, beach decor, different environments, all very nice (living room, bedrooms, terraces with lounge chairs, place for barbecue and lunch outside). Kitchen furniture requires maintenance, however those details are forgiven by the Privilege of the location and views of the house. I would recommend it and come back 👍🏻👍🏻

A weekend of total relaxation, since we communicated before the reservation, Javier cleared up all my doubts without problems and then with the reservation ok, he was always very concerned to clear up any questions I had, the cabin upon arrival was perfect, clean, tidy... as Javier described and seen in the photos with all the necessary amenities... 100% privacy... I totally recommend it and intend to go again.

It was a beautiful stay with my family We enjoyed a long weekend in an ideal place to disconnect and enjoy the surroundings. The house is fully equipped and Vane was always ready to answer our questions and give the best recommendations for the surrounding area. I'd be back anyways :)

The stay was very comfortable, we felt totally at home, it had all the necessary amenities, to go as a family it is super good since they were entertained in the pool, we had a sunny Saturday and then in the clay pot and the barbecue to share, spacious and with everything you need, I would definitely go again, with the family to enjoy, I was afraid of the noise since I went with a baby, they said it was very loud since it is located next to the road but I felt almost nothing. Pedro told me what I needed to bring, which was sheets and towels, so we went prepared with the basics

Very nice cabin, it has everything you need to have a relaxing and disconnected stay, the ocean view is incredible, the gazebo is perfect to take refuge and have a pleasant time, 100% recommended, Barbara is an excellent host. We'll be back!!!

First of all, I'd like to highlight Nicolas's attentiveness and speed in responding. The place is beautiful on a very large plot of land in a house ideal for a couple and their pet, we loved it! 15 minutes from Matanzas. I recommend arriving with a 4x4 vehicle to avoid problems, which I saw other vehicles in the area had. It's a very safe condominium with several plots. The Starlink internet worked spectacularly!

100% recommended! The place has a beautiful view and the loft is equipped with everything you need to feel comfortable and relaxed. As a point to consider, the access road is dirt, but it is kept in good condition. If I have to say anything, it's that I found some spiders, but even the loft has a spider killer, which shows concern for details. I especially highlight Tomás's attention, always friendly and willing to help with any questions or problems.

Excellent stay in Matanzas. We had a very nice time with my wife and our dog. The weather is very much with us. The place is very nice, very private and with a beautiful ocean view, it has just what a couple needs. As always, Matanzas is very quiet and pleasant, both the people who live there and Those of us who go from time to time, feel that good vibe.

A beautiful place. The photos don't do it justice, especially the terrace and the view. Very conveniently located, close to the main attractions and restaurants. Our host was extremely friendly and helpful at all times. We feel very comfortable at all times. I absolutely recommend it

Cozy and comfortable accommodation, the view is very nice and the communication with Don Ricardo was always expedited. The tinaja is the biggest plus of the accommodation, it was very simple to make it work and in a few hours I was ready to be used.

Excellent experience. Ricardo and Sandro were always very attentive to questions, clear instructions for check-in and check-out that made everything expeditious. The location was easy to find, with no access problems and through Google Maps. The cabin is impeccable, with everything you need and incredible thermal insulation, so it wasn't even necessary to use the heating. Access to Pupuya in about 10 minutes. In short, 10/10, I'll be back anyway. Thanks!
