This newly built home sits on two acres of lakefront property. Only an hour outside of Dallas but feels miles away from everything. Whether it is relaxing in the spa, pool, playing pickleball, having coffee on the back porch, enjoying the firepit or kayaks… This place has it all! It’s truly a secluded, beautiful place to unwind and relax with family and friends. Prior to booking with us, I want to state that the spa is not a hot tub. So if it is below freezing it can’t be run. Thank you!!!

Beautiful vacation home for our family group of 16. The home was very comfortable, well supplied, immaculately clean and beautifully decorated!! We appreciated the friendliness and timely communication of the host. Our party enjoyed the kayak, paddle board, hot tub and fire pit. We will be happy to come back!!! The temperature of the house was perfect. The air conditioning system works well to keep the house chilled in hot summer days.

Kim was a great host. The house was well maintained and filled with sufficient resources required for our family. The backyard is awesome and has ample amount of space to have fun and enjoy. We had minor issues however she was very responsive and fixed those appropriately.

This house was so charming and homey! A fantastic space to unwind with family. I appreciated the higher-end furniture. The house was clean and the decor was wonderful. The house could use some updating… But that was not a problem for us because I loved the character. We loved being near the water and my family enjoyed the fishing. Nice quiet neighborhood ...we felt safe and enjoyed walking the dogs. We will be back for sure!

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful location. Our family traveled from out of state to attend my daughter’s graduation. This home was a lovely place for us to gather and enjoy each other’s company. We loved the ping pong table as we all played and challenged each other. The kids enjoyed the lake. Most of our time was spent in the beautiful backyard. Our host was awesome!!! Highly recommend this location.

This house was the perfect get away weekend for me and my wife. The host was so helpful and always available when we needed him. This property was definitely the best we have ever stayed at and the best experience we have ever had!
