Very beautiful architect's house from the 60s, with two beautiful terraces. Located 5 minutes' walk to a very pretty beach on the bay side and 10 minutes' bike ride to the oceanic beach of Truc Vert. We loved our stay and will be back with pleasure. Thanks to Charlotte and Camille for their hospitality and responsiveness.

We had a great time at this rental, very well located in Royan: beaches, shops and city center within 15 minutes' walk, so we didn't use our vehicle during our stay. The rental was IMPECCABLE, very comfortable bedding, the interior whose decoration was very cozy and pleasantly decorated, was also impeccable and well-equipped, we did not lack anything. Very nice house a few steps from the center of Bordeaux, we loved the decor and everything is done to feel at home. It's an inhabited house and you can feel it, there's a real soul. Everything is within walking distance (or by bus/tram to the station), while being quiet. Pascal was very welcoming and flexible for both check-in and checkout, and gave us great tips for exploring the city. Thanks for everything!

Everything is perfect, for both adults and children! The house is over-equipped, you can come here without a second thought. There were 6 of us, including 4 children (and 2 babies). No problem, the house is secure and everything is available for a pleasant stay. Location point of view: close to shops, close to the market, close to bars, close to restaurants, close to ice cream, close to the beach, in short... close to everything!!! And if you're lucky enough to have a sunny period, it's close to perfection. Clearly, we loved it!
