We had a wonderful stay at Theresa's place! The apartment was simple but very cozily furnished, so we immediately felt comfortable. In the kitchen there was everything you need to cook comfortably. The apartment was absolutely clean and maintained. Parking right in front of the door was super convenient. We especially enjoyed the magnificent views and the quiet atmosphere – perfect for relaxing. Theresa is a very warm and friendly host. We would definitely come back again and can only recommend this place! Thank you for the time :)

Katharina is a very nice and helpful host and I felt very welcome. The apartment is beautiful, very stylish and lovingly decorated, comfortable and spotlessly clean. It is centrally located and yet quietly located in a dreamy little villa with an equally beautiful cafe. For me it was the perfect stay!

We were traveling with a larger group of girls. The space was optimal for this. We had several small bedrooms with two to three beds, all of which were prepared with a lot of love. We particularly liked the large kitchen in the lower apartment. Here we could sit together for a long time in the evening. However, those who wanted also had the opportunity to go into the bedrooms. For us, it was a great stay and the division with 12 people in the two apartments and two bathrooms was great.

We had a lovely time, the place had everything we needed. Petra was very responsive to any questions we had.

We enjoyed a very great ski week in Teola. The apartment has a great location, very close to the valley station, quiet, sunny and separate, heated ski room. Giorgio's staff on site were very friendly and very helpful. Only we had 2x short power interruption, because the power grid doesn't seem to be so resilient. Otherwise, everything is great!

We spent 5 days at Gabriele's flat and we felt like home. There is everything that you need and she is really nice host, helping us during all the time. Thank you very much!

Stayed here for a few nights over new year’s and we loved it. The hosts (owners) are really lovely people and we found everything in the apartment to be great and well equipped. Just be prepared to drive as groceries are not so nearby. But to be expected with a location like this.

The apartment is very nice, everything is clean and the furniture is extremely appealing. The location is excellent. However, the address was a little confusing, so we didn't find the cottage immediately in the evening after a long drive as it was a different address. Still, it was a great stay, thank you so much! :)

We spent a weekend in the residence to escape the heat of Milan, and I would say everything was perfect! Tidy and cozy house, the environment is really nice. The outdoor environments are also crazy, giving spectacular views of the mountains. Convenient and practical garage. The only downside is the road to get to the residence, but I would say that to enjoy such a view it is a must. Highly recommended!

We felt incredibly comfortable in the apartment. There is a separate entrance with a cute little terrace. The equipment of the apartment is really super good. You don't need anything because everything is set up and thoughtful down to the last detail. Manuela was a really helpful host. We had a major delay and thanks to her we were able to dine quietly and reached the apartment late in the evening, almost midnight. He welcomed us with a smile and showed us around the house and gave us breakfast tips. The apartment is really very nice and spacious as in the photos and description. We only stayed there one night but it is centrally located with a beautiful view of the lake. Thanks Manuela. See you next time!!!

The apartment is very nicely furnished and has everything you need everywhere. In addition, the underground parking (direct access to the apartment) as well as a fully equipped laundry room. For big people, the furniture, narrow & deep stairs to the sleeping area, table, sofa or especially the bathroom mirrors are not optimal, but this is whining at the highest level. I myself still had the bad luck with very noisy neighbors but Franziska can't do anything about it! I would come back anytime.

An excellent place to stay, a lovely clean airy apartment with beautiful views (including a waterfall) in a lovely quiet location with great access to Arosa! Thoroughly recommend!

What a wonderful place to stay. The views are amazing and a wonderful place. Local restaurant was amazing. Tronto is very close.
