In the kitchen, everything is available, the bathroom is beautiful as well as sauna and hot tub are easy to adjust, as there are wood and lighters. Quiet comfortable place with slightly quirky decor and great view from the balcony. Two comfortable bedrooms. Kitchen is fully equipped, but small and with a low ceiling. Communication with host was good and check in easy. In general all good.

As always, our favorite in Valais. We have been coming to Fabrice's accommodation for several years, it's always a pleasure.

Really loved this beautiful place. It was quite possibly my favourite Airbnb ever! Clean, cozy, safe, great communication and welcome, being left alone, the epitome of a Swiss chalet and with the most incredible views of the Swiss alps. Loved it all, thanks Roland - what a lovely place you have :)

We had a fabulous time at Elena's place! As many others have said, the house is enormous and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The view from the balcony was simply breathtaking. We weren't familiar with this area before our visit, but we quickly fell in love with it. Elena gave us such a warm welcome and took wonderful care of us and our dogs. We definitely hope to visit again in the near future.

We were a family of four - with two young children. The place was great and very well maintained. Since it was very hot outside, Alexandra had already turned on the air conditioning in advance - we were very happy about it. As a small welcome, Alexandra provided us with fresh organic cherries from the garden :) Was a wonderful stay, happy to come back!

This place is amazing! Breathtaking views of the mountains. Very accessible to train, restaurants, and grocery store. At the same time, it was far enough away from the busy hotel area so that it was quiet and peaceful. We stayed for 5 days and used it as our base camp to explore the Interlaken area. The space is perfect for two people with everything we needed. We also appreciated access to a washer and dryer (small extra fee). Finally, Myriam and her family are genuinely friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend to others!

Annarosa's house met our expectations very well. The location is really in the middle of nature and only within walking distance. The path to the house is very romantic and, despite the location, illuminated with solar lights, so that you can also walk the path well in the dark. With some distance, there is another house, but it is not visible from your own accommodation. Peace is only partially true, as you have a view of the village and from there you can also hear sounds and train traffic. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our stay very much, were able to watch deer, foxes and an endless number of birds. The house has upscale amenities, an open fireplace, bathtub, etc. and everything necessary was available. The kitchen was equipped with everything a cook's heart desires.

This may have been the coolest place I have ever stayed! You should absolutely book this place if you have the opportunity. The hot tub alone has a perfect view of Staubbachfall while you are in it, and a really cool light setup - the waterfall is also lit up at night! This place was truly magical! Inside was amazingly cozy, and had all you could need for a stay like this. The deck had a perfect view of the valley with an amazing place to wake up every morning and drink coffee. The hosts were absolutely wonderful! I ran into some issues with Airbnb (no fault of theirs) and they went out of their way to help us and solve the issue! Truly some of the best hosts I’ve ever experienced! Very responsive through messaging, and were wonderful showing us the place. I would definitely book here again and hope to.

We felt very comfortable and enjoyed the breathtaking view very much. The magnificent landscape invites you to hike and dream. Highly recommended!

had a wunderful stay. christian is an exceptional host and very resposive. we stayed in the upstairs appartment last year and liked that one a bit better as it felt roomier with higher ceilings and less dark, but still well worth the stay.

If you’re planning a trip to Switzerland this is THE PLACE to stay! It’s always been a dream of mine to visit Switzerland and at first I was very lost on where to stay but I am SO THANKFUL I came across this air bnb because it made our trip that much better! The pictures on here don’t do the place justice. It was better than we expected and the host make you feel like family while you’re there. I wish I could give this place 10 stars. It’s one of the best air bnbs I’ve ever been in and the location/views are unbeatable. We could walk to the train station and the town of Grindelwald with ease. If we ever get the chance to come to Switzerland again I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. I was sad to leave but so happy we got to come and experience this. You won’t regret booking this for your trip!

Better than the pictures. Gorgeous view. Communication was great. Heidi is genuine and proactive. Met her neighbors and they were very nice. The space is quiet, comfortable, and centrally located. Very clean. You can tell a lot of care went into this place to make you feel welcome. To have a view without going up a curvy road in Switzerland, is not always the case. Highly recommend!

Cozy and winter cabin vibes. The house was spotless and well thought out (exactly like the photos). The view from the house was breathtaking. The house is situated in the middle of the town so the train station was easily accessible. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your wonderful home.

Our favorite stay to date. The view from the deck is as good as anywhere in all of Interlaken!! We could not get over the beauty and will never forget it. Very responsive and kind hosts! Peaceful street, and very easy walk to all the action and train station. Kitchen was perfect for a few cooked meals. I could not recommend high enough, and already miss it. This place is centrally located in the heart of Lauterbrunnen but still remains quiet and tranquil just out of the way of the Main Street / restaurants and can sleep easily. Easy to go and see all the sights either by walking or bus. The train station is just a 7 minute walk as well and opens up further areas around to explore. The flat is perfect as a base and the kitchen enables you to self cater more cheaply as the restaurant food prices are quite expensive. There’s a local coop supermarket that has lots of food to cook. Shower is also really nice, powerful and hot. Manuela is also really nice and very helpful and insightful giving tips of where to go and what to see. We also arrived early and was allowed to check in with no problems as the property was ready which was a lovely bonus :) Definitely recommend and if we come again we will deffo stay here! PS the flat/TV has “Blue” which meant I could watch Arsenal vs PSG which was nice extra as well! Thank you Joe and Stef

This is an accommodation where it is unfortunate to only give 5 stars. When I opened the door of the house, I was excited to open the door every day because of the view of the Eiger north wall and the chalet that was gathered in the boil. It's about a 15-minute walk to a nearby station, but it's so beautiful that I didn't know how much time I had.☺️🩷 Not only that, the host, Anita, was very kind, very responsive, and thankful for the thoughtfulness of checking if there were any medium difficulties. Not only on the day of check-in, but even though I had to check out at 6 am, it was so nice and comfortable that I didn't have to drag a heavy carrier to the train station by car.!!! The condition of the house was also very modern and cozy, and it had everything we needed, so we were able to stay without any inconvenience!! In particular, I felt Anita's attention to detail again in the service of providing room slippers and lending umbrellas.👍🏻 If I visit Grindelwald again, I will definitely visit again!!

It was perfect. The view was crazy. The cleanliness, decor, kitchen utensils, bedding, etc. were perfect. There were👍 board games, so I played games, and there were fondue utensils, so I was so happy.

It was a lovely stay at Chalet Viola. The apartment is a few minutes away from Wengen station with a scenic walk along the way. The view from every window is stunning. The sound of chirping birds in the morning is very relaxing. The place is clean and equipped with everything you may need to cook. The pictures don’t justify the cuteness of the unit. The host was very helpful as well throughout the stay. Definitely a great value for money! Note that the apartment has a low ceiling which may be an issue for taller guests most especially when taking a shower. Other than that, happy to stay here again. :)

Heidi’s place was amazing. Beautiful views, comfortable beds & she was thoughtful and left toys for our baby. She was a great host! Very safe and amazing area to stay in. We spent every night and morning on the beautiful balcony.

The view from Eva’s place is absolutely stunning — you can see the whole lake from the window. The only thing is the curtains are a bit sheer, so the sunlight wakes you up early. Still, a lovely stay overall!
