Beach house vacation rentals in Nasugbu

This is my 4th time staying in VillaRica Beach Resort and it will not be my last. My family love the place due to safety and accomodating staff. Till next time.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Jo’s Place – Blue Beach House in Lian! The property was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully prepared for our group. The interiors were charming and homey, with all the essentials provided—from comfortable beds and clean bathrooms to a well-equipped kitchen and cozy lounging areas. What made the experience extra special was the beach access just a few steps away. We enjoyed watching the sunset, taking morning walks, and having fun by the shore. The outdoor spaces were perfect for both relaxation and bonding time. Jo and the caretakers were incredibly accommodating, responsive, and kind. They made sure everything was in place and even checked in to ensure we were comfortable. Highly recommended for families, barkadas, or anyone looking for a peaceful beachfront getaway. We’ll definitely be back!

We had a great stay! Perfect for family--kids and pets! Hosts were very friendly and we felt right at home.

A wonderful large home that can cater for many more people than we had! Our host went over and above expectations as we had a scheduled brown out (electricity was down for maintenance) on our last day and she found us an alternative house to stay outside of the area for our last night Our first time in the Philippines and it did not disappoint!

Villa Bet Resh was a very nice, family & kid friendly villa. The rooms were spacious and the amenities & kitchen equipment and wares were complete. Although I wish there had been more than just 2 gas range as cooking for a big group took a long time. But that was well compensated by the available helpers who were very polite and efficient at making sure the kitchen is kept clean & assisted with the cooking as well. The furniture and appliances were also very nice at the villa (except the stand fans that were a bit faulty). My personal favorite was the space & the interior honestly. We stayed for 3D2N and I think our family of almost 30 was able to enjoy the villa. Pool was awesome, beach side is just okay... some may find it not safe for swimming though...

We loved Rey’s casa Charlene because it’s clean, peaceful, and looks better than the photos. It doesn’t look very impressive in photos but it’s actually bigger, with high ceilings and a loft-like second floor room. It’s good value for money because it can comfortably sleep 14 people. A family of 4 can sleep in one room, another family of 4 in another room, and as many as 6 people in the room upstairs. I love that you can swim in your own pool, they have cable tv, videoke, strong wifi, and a large android tv for watching youtube. The kitchen is simple but complete with a gas stove, microwave, pots and pans, hot and cold water dispenser, a refrigerator, and good quality plates and cutlery. Plus, dishwasking liquid and a new sponge. The 2 separate toilet and bathrooms are small and could use some updating, but they’re clean and the water pressure is very strong. They also provide towels , toilet paper, and shampoo and hand / body wash. Thanks, Babeth and onsite caretaker Gelo

Very clean place, bathrooms are all big, the common area upstairs was chef’s kiss especially during sunset. Place was very spacious and comfortable. The owner is also very responsive. Check in and out times are very generous. They also allowed us to check in 2hrs earlier.

Our family had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The space was incredibly clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The house was spacious, with plenty of room for everyone to relax without feeling crowded. The kitchen was fully equipped, allowing us to prepare meals easily, and the common areas were great for spending time together. The beds were comfortable, and every family member had their own cozy spot to unwind. Overall, this Airbnb exceeded our expectations. Whether you're a big family like ours or traveling with a group of friends, this place is a fantastic choice. We would absolutely stay here again!

We had such a wonderful stay at Anilao Cliffhouse! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 What we really loved was the complete kitchen—and when I say complete, I mean it! The dipping pool was also a hit with the kids, especially since the beach is a bit far. The beach isn’t ideal for lounging by the shore since it's rocky (as expected for a diving site), but once you swim out a bit, it’s a whole different world! The hospitality? SUPERB. Kuya Abet was a 1000% assist—seriously, it felt like we were in a luxury hotel. Every little thing we needed, he was there to help. The house is super clean, towels smell great, bathrooms spotless, and kitchen items were ready to use. For a big group (we were 12!), there was plenty of space for sleeping, and everyone was comfortable. We even had room to spare! We also appreciated the complimentary extras like turon (yum!), snorkeling gear, life vests, and even basic scuba diving lesson in the pool—those thoughtful touches made the experience extra special. Our family had an exceptional stay and it was truly our favorite outing! What made our experience even better, aside from the amenities, was the outstanding staff. We were a large group of 28, and they were incredibly helpful with everything, including food, cleanliness, and assistance. Although our trip was short, just three days and two nights, we managed to make the most of the facilities. Everything was so wonderful that everyone wished they could extend their stay. A huge thank you to Bernardo for making our trip memorable! My grandfather had a full-circle moment with him, which added to the joy of our visit. :)

Place was just as described! Hosts were very responsive and proactive. Ate Maymay and kuya Bert - the caretakers - were always ready to help and assist. Too bad we couldn't maximize our stay since we had to leave early the next day, so hopefully we could come back. Highly recommended even for big groups of up to 20!

We had such an amazing time here! The sea view is absolutely stunning, and the sunrise each morning was just wow. Everything about this place made us feel super relaxed and happy. Big thanks to Kuya Jhong—he’s super nice and always ready to help with anything we needed. Definitely one of the best Airbnbs I’ve ever booked. Can’t wait to come back!

We had a great stay at Sunshine’s Place – The Cove House! Early check-in and late check-out let us enjoy two full days, a rare and thoughtful perk. The house is beautifully designed, with well-thought-out furnishings and decor. Beds are comfy with sturdy frames, and the kitchen is fully equipped—perfect for those who love to cook. Lots of entertainment options: dipping pool, karaoke, board games, darts, bingo, UNO, etc. The house faces southwest, so while it offers a superb overlooking view of the beach, the balcony, dining, kitchen, and living areas can get very hot in the afternoon. We wished though that there was air-conditioning in this part of the house to cool down the area. Also, while there is beach access, it’s not something to expect much from. Important note: the main living area is on the 3rd floor, which may not be ideal for seniors or guests with mobility issues. Overall, a fun and relaxing stay, perfect for group of friends and families!

Loved the breeze and mountain & sea views, the spotless and tastefully designed house, the pool and billiards/ ice hockey. Perfect for just staying in and hanging out with your family!!! Though it was not bad, nearby public beach is near the port so manage your expectations.

Been looking for a place where: - There is accessible beach (my dad and mom are seniors) - there’s a pool - aesthetic and this place has it all. 🥹 My dad loved it and we all had a wonderful stay! It’s clean and has its own generator. There’s a housekeeper who can tend to your needs and a security guard so we really felt safe. Host is also responsive! 💯 Really exceeded our expectations. Will definitely come back. 🥰

Nice accommodation, walking distance to the public beach. Got it @ discount’s price. This AirBNB also has a caretaker. However, but this part of Nasugbu has no signal (which made it hard to locate the place) and occasional water shortage. This is out of the hosts’ control already :)

The place really has a beautiful view of the sea from their terrace. Every room was clean and orderly, which I absolutely love coz I'm a bit of a neat freak. The caretaker, Dilapaz, was very accommodating sa mga requests namin. And there's no shortage of utensils, which is awesome! Ms. Camille is also very easy to talk to. Lagi syang nagrereply sa mga tanong ko. Kudos for that! We will definitely visit again!

Recommend taking picture of location map and contact info before coming over because regional internet connection is limited, otherwise home wifi is reliable.

had a wonderful stay at Pamela’s place. The space was clean, comfortable, and had all the basic necessities needed for a hassle-free stay. The host was very kind and responsive, making sure I had everything I needed. The location was convenient and quiet, perfect for a relaxing stay. The place is clean and we fit perfectly, 8 adults and 3 kids. Boys enjoyed playing billiards and pickleball. The beach is 2min walk and they have beachfront property where we stayed. We enjoyed the kayak and paddleboard too! Beach is not crowded which is good! We also ordered food from them and we were very satisfied. Yummy and worth the price!
