Tired of taking out the trash, and stripping the bed at most Airbnbs? Our quiet and cozy suite is centrally located in the historic Springfield district, next to downtown Jacksonville. This unit is furnished with a queen bed, a queen pull-out sofa bed, and an amazing La-Z-Boy recliner perfect for naps. The bathroom is updated, with excellent water pressure. And, the front porch is exclusive for our guests. There is a stocked Keurig, as well as a refrigerator and microwave, but no kitchen.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway with private entrance. Enjoy this peaceful rural country area on the screened porch with an evening tea. You can play some games or puzzles if you want to stay inside or Crochet on the front lawn to enjoy some fresh air & sunshine. We are 2.5 Miles from the WW Ranch Motorcross park. We don't have anything new but I can assure you it will be clean. Sorry we are not suited for children or pets, 2 guests Max. and check-in must be before 9PM.

Confirm the awesome reviews for yourself!! 2 story townhome built 12/2022. Fully loaded home in the Arlington part of Jacksonville is 18 miles from the JAX Airport, 8 minutes from Downtown, TIAA Stadium (Jaguar Stadium) and the VyStar Arena. 11 miles from Atlantic Beach, 14 miles from Mayo Clinic, I-295, UNF & JU are also a short drive away. So much to do in Downtown Jax, look at the pictures I posted for suggestions and all only 8 minutes away from location! Please check out our reviews!

The property is near nature preserves and state parks that are ideal for hiking ,fishing and boating or just relax in any of our many beautiful beaches and enjoy all the fine dining. For entertainment and event venues , Riverside/Downtown is under 30 minutes away. A great place to relax and rest after a day of activities or on your way to your final travel destination.

Parking for 1 vehicle only Studio apt. attached to our house but privately separated. Centrally located in Jacksonville, only a ten minutes to the beaches, 12 minutes to mayo clinic. Unit has all you need for a week long stay or just one night. Full Kitchen and laundry. Decorative Lighted patio available for all guests. Comfortable Queen sized bed easily sleeps 2, crib available on request for infants younger than 2. Hosts are friendly and answer communications immediately. Thank you.
