I was so lucky to have found Cheng’s listing last minute. He is a stand up guy who treated my boyfriend and I with such respect. The second floor was a perfect fit for us and we were very pleased. He was always willing to respond in a timely manner. 100% would book again!

Due to a lot of work to do before a foreign move after selling our home, we (will) be 2.5 months. We've been here for 1.5 months and this place has been a MAJOR blessing. My wife, and 13 YO daughter, and little dog are staying here contentedly. It's worthwhile having private space for everybody, it keep things peaceful and there is lots of that here. The hosts are gracious and helpful and give you all the privacy you want. Interestingly this part of the house I am told was a place of worship from the previous owners, it is really peaceful and spacious. Though I'm not a "vibe" guy, it has a really good vibe. The house has massive solar arrays which I didn't notice as they look like roof shingles, and they also have battery backup. When power went out in the neighborhood during one very cold day in March, it was so nice to not lose power, stayed warm, and the internet worked without issue, awesome yard, and pond in back. HIGHLY RECOMENDED!
