Small and cozy basement apartment with walking distance to the city center. Quiet neighborhood. Heating in the floor in the kitchen, living room and bathroom. New kitchen with all the equipment needed to both cook and enjoy a good meal. Note - both the bed in the bedroom and the sofa bed in the living room are 120 cm wide, and although two people sleep well together on these, the tenant must consider whether there is enough sleeping space if there are more people in the travel party. As we do not charge a cleaning fee, we ask our guests to follow the check-out instructions carefully.

From the hallway you have access to a balcony with outdoor furniture – perfect for morning coffee or a quiet evening. Please note that the apartment has a smaller water heater. If you are more than two people, it is recommended to wait a little between each shower so that the hot water can heat up again.

The apartment is close to the city center, there is walking distance to most things in Narvik. Approx. 400 meters to the square and only 300 meters to the nearest grocery store, pharmacy, bowling and playground. There is 1 parking space at the back of the house, which you as a tenant can use. Otherwise, it is also possible to park in the street, free of charge.
