From the moment I arrived, I felt a deep sense of peace—it’s incredibly tranquil, surrounded by beautiful natural scenery, with a running stream just steps from the front door. The home itself strikes the perfect balance between rustic charm and modern comfort. Inside, the decor is thoughtful and unique: a nostalgic mix of vintage childhood sports photos, striking modern art, and beautiful antiques. Lovely place with lake views. 100% happy with this choice vs other offerings in the area. House is set on a hill so you are viewing the lake from a higher spot than if you were literally on the lake. Very majestic. There are binoculars on the window sill to check out boats/things going on. I enjoyed the decor/sense of style the host has. Lots of interesting books, art, turntable, board games, cards, etc. The gardens, koi pond are well maintained. Rooms and bath upstairs do have lower ceiling but this info is disclosed in the ad. It didn’t detract from the experience. Went hiking but we were not avid hikers so learning to read the trail markers was new for us. The town is very small but we found nice spots to eat/visit nearby. We did use kitchen and coffee maker. Appliances are very new. Plenty of kitchen utensils. Cool hairdryer. Host def. appreciates design. Thank you for letting us stay a few extra hours past check out. Wonderful time! Felt like I really got away from the stress.

Our group of 6 had a great time at Ricky’s place! The place was spacious, cozy, and had everything our group needed. It was raining all weekend so unfortunately we weren’t able to take full advantage of the outdoor amenities, but it would have been lovely to sit by the fire pit or swing on the swings. We did get to make use of the projector to watch movies during our nights in, which was a nice touch. We were also very close to the little downtown area in Narrowsburg and rafting, which is why we were in town. Would recommend staying here!

We had a lovely overnight stay at this house — everything looked just like the pictures, and the atmosphere was very pleasant. Check-in was super easy, and Alena was always quick to respond, which made the experience even smoother. We got to enjoy the jacuzzi in the evening, and had a peaceful breakfast on the back porch in the morning. Overall, everything was clean, beautiful, and met our expectations. Thank you to the host for the warm welcome and for providing such a cozy place to relax!

My friends and I loved staying at Svetlana & Eugene’s place. The home was beautiful and had all the amenities we needed to spend a lovely long weekend upstate while it was very snowy out. Definitely would re-book!

What a beautiful place! It’s exactly as described in the listing, but even more peaceful and private than expected. We sat on the front patio in the morning and evenings. We regularly saw deer and humming birds, and listened to an owl one night. Kristin is a polite host who communicates exceptionally well. 5 stars all around! 👏🏻

Jessica and Kate's place is so wonderful! It was very clean, full of personality, and very well stocked -- lots of toiletries, kitchen utensils, and appliances. I had a logistical issue that kept me from checking out on time and they were incredibly understanding and communicated very well. Thanks so much and I hope to return soon!

Jennifer’s apartment was impeccably clean, comfortable and perfectly suited to our needs for our weekend visit! Tucked away in an adorable area that we plan on visiting again. She provided a well appointed kitchen (perfect for making your own morning coffee or dinner if you don’t feel like venturing out), a super -cozy living room (bring a good book and enjoy the fireplace and a comfy throw blanket after a long day), as well as a spotless bathroom. Jennifer’s Rustic One Bedroom is in a perfect spot to explore Shohola PA and Barryville NY. River adventures, hiking, music festivals are all at your doorstep. We look forward to returning!

Five-star experience, all around. We stayed for three nights in conjunction with the Mountain Jam festival at Belleayre Mountain resort. Gorgeous, beautifully appointed lodgings in a tranquil setting. Accommodations were spotlessly clean and provided every comfort. Host was outstandingly kind and patient with our (in retrospect) needy demands. Excellent communication. Warmly recommended!

Both Patrick and his apartment are wonderful! His place is our absolute first choice while visiting Warwick. The apartment is always spotless, the bed is super comfy, and the view from the living area is spectacular. We saw a menagerie of backyard wildlife this trip, including deer, bunnies, chipmunks, woodchucks, squirrels, and a whole host of different birds. And the apartment is easily walkable to everything the village has to offer. Patrick is a really kind human and we love chatting with him. We’re big fans!

Sarah's loft was exactly as described. Parking was handy and the space felt safe. We were able to walk to a fantastic Italian restaurant as well as a nice walking path near the river. We definitely recommend this loft, especially for couples.

Great place in walking distance to several coffee shops and restaurants. Lovely neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again. Esther was very communicative and had everything stocked that one might need. Five Stars!!!

This was a lovely getaway, went up for Memorial Day Weekend and getting some nature in at Minnewaska state park, it was rainy this weekend so we ended up having more time at the house then planned but we were so cozy it was a delight, we had some empty tanks for the grill when we arrived but the hosts offered to reimburse us for the refuel which was very kind, also had a friend who left their jacket and keys and Kyle and Jasmine have been wonderful in helping them get it back! A great cozy stay, the ride up was scenic

This was an absolute dream of a property. They have thought of absolutely everything to make you not have to leave to enjoy your time. There were endless amounts of things for our kids and family to do in the home and on the property’s lake front. This truly felt like a peaceful relaxing vacation which is just what we needed. We would have driven double the distance (already almost 3 hours away from us) because we loved being there so much. We cannot wait to come back now that we’ve found a little peace of heaven here. Thank you for having us.

Everything was absolutely amazing. We felt at home the entire stay and had everything we needed. Carl was really easy to work with. I mistakenly booked the trip a day shorter than needed. At the last minute I realized my mistake and Carl was quick to respond that adding an extra day was no problem. The system had a problem though allowing me to book an overnight stay on the same day I “checked out,” but Carl worked back and forth with me and with AirBnb help until I was finally able to book that extra night. Carl remained professional, calm, and polite, even though I know that was probably stressful and a pain to deal with. The problem was 100% on me, but he helped to fix it with such grace. I really appreciate the professionalism. I highly recommend both Carl and this specific rental. Thank you!

This place is a hidden gem. Every detail of the house felt meticulously thought out and made it feel like a real home. We are golfers, and we were able to make our T-time at the Tennanah course in 3 mins, it’s that close. The lake is beautiful and clean, but what we noticed the most is just how quiet and peaceful it is on the lake. We woke up to the sound of birds every morning! The house was large enough to accommodate our large group which was a huge plus as well, and the kids loved the paddle boards.

Serg’s place was perfect for a weekend with friends. It looks just like the photos, has everything you need, and Serg was super quick to respond whenever we had questions. Would totally recommend!

Henry’s home was a great experience. The inside is very spacious and beautifully decorated. There are lots of games to play and tvs in most rooms to watch your favorite show. The pool was a little small but still very fun and the hot tub was great. The sauna was very steamy and enjoyable.
