Balcony on the Bay

A cosy apartment overlooking the sea and the landscapes of Porto Azzurro bay. There is a large balcony with a sun awning giving shade in the warmest seasons. A peaceful area in the countryside with good local facilities. It's great out of season too for walking or cycling. Its a sunny apartment but very cool inside. In the winter months there is heating. The apartment is on the ground floor but has a few steps to reach the apartment from the car park. There is also free parking facilities.

Cozy apartment in the historic center

My apartment is in the historic center completely renovated, very close to an equipped beach and the most beautiful square in the city. 50m away, the course offers a wide selection of typical restaurants and places to spend after dinner. A few minutes from the train station and the supermarket. Theapartment is located in the ZTL, but there is free parking at 150 meters and we also offer the free possibility of a permit for access and parking in ztl for the time of the stay.

Just a few steps from the sea and the town center, perfect for families, this apartment features a spacious livable terrace, two large bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and a cozy living area. Simonetta's apartment is well furnished and it has everything you need. The location is great, close to the beach in a beautiful street with cafes and shops. Simonetta was very warm, helpful and easily accessible. We really enjoyed our stay in Marino di Campo.

The elevated position of the house allows very nice views of the village of Capoliveri and the sea in the southwest and northeast. Large terrace, cozy place to rest on the sofa or sun loungers or to eat at the table with panoramic views. Two bathrooms are practical and spacious, the kitchen compact and functional for this apartment size. The village is easily reached on foot, the ascent is also easy to manage after dinner in the village. The parking space in the garage is very convenient. Unfortunately, no bed, kitchen or bath linens are offered, these must be brought along.

My boyfriend and I stayed for five days and had a wonderful time! Nicoletta was super friendly and helpful and provided us with valuable tips and apps which helped us greatly with discovering the Island on our own. The appartment was absolutely spotless when we arrived and met all our demands. The area was very quiet and green and we had a fantastic time in consequence. Would recommend staying with her to anyone!

We were very satisfied with the apartment. The views are great and the bed very comfortable. The furnishings are simple but everything worked perfectly. In the complex it is very quiet, yet the nearest pizzeria is less than a five minute walk away and you can also walk to the center of Capoliveri in 20 minutes. Full recommendation on our part!

For our group, the apartment was perfect - 4 adults and 1 child. Due to the great pool, you can also spend the day in the complex, if you don't feel like driving down the gravel road every day. We were there with the mountain bikes and could start directly from the house towards trails, which was of course great. The tranquility is really unique, not even the otherwise annoying dog barking from the region could be heard.

The accommodation far exceeded our expectations. The view is breathtakingly beautiful - you have the opportunity to grill overlooking the sea. Luca and his family were very nice and always available. The beach is within walking distance of a few minutes. We also thought it was great to borrow surfboards and kayaks to paddle and store our sup at the bottom of the beach. It is also great that you can use sun loungers and sunshades on the beach. The kitchen was well equipped and even a dishwasher and washing machine are provided. We especially enjoyed the peace and the view!

We had a wonderful vacation: Elba is a real paradise! With its thousand colors it enchanted us and we plan to return, when possible , always in Marzia's lovely little apartment. Located in the center of Rio dell 'Elba - so convenient for amenities - but it is quiet and has allowed us to spend a restful and regenerating vacation. It is well equipped and extremely clean and tidy. Marzia is an impeccable host: caring and very willing to support us with information and tips.

I chose this apartment just xché inside a village in a pedestrian area with parking a 5-minute walk away . There is a slight climb that does not create any anxiety in case of mobility difficulties. And we're coming to the apartment : perfect and great spaces!! Very cuddly and with a wonderful sea view. Very clean and beautifully heated considering we stayed on New Year's Eve. In our case, 4 people in 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms (one of which is service) I would say that it went luxury. Never cooked but well-equipped kitchen. Great communication with Ernesta even if not present. I didn't find 'uncomfortable' having to bring sheets and towels. Otherwise, very comfortable beds with lots of blankets and duvets. I would say a very well-kept apartment that gives you the feeling of being at home and not in a vacation home. COME BACK!!! Also on New Year's Eve, a beautiful party in the square. That is to say, I fell in love with the village... and staying at Ernesta's did the rest.TOP

Ettore and his daughter Silvia were perfect hosts; thank you for the clear and simple instructions regarding Check in and check out. Maybe you could bundle these? For me alone, the apartment was of course luxuriously too large (would almost have lost me, little joke!) - the good reviews, the location in the middle in the old town and the accessibility of the ferry to Elba. In terms of decor, I felt right at home and made me an espresso right away, delicious! The kitchen is well equipped and you could cook a dinner! A dishwasher and a microwave are also provided. The large bed let me sleep deeply and well and the memory foam pillow is great🏆! Silvia responded very quickly to my questions and proactively eliminated ambiguities, thank you for that! A beautiful insight into the beautiful downtown Piombino. Thank you Ettore, thank you Silvia... I'd love to come back!
