El anfitrión es un 10/10. Desde el día 1 estuvo pendiente. La ubicación es muy central y se siente uno muy cómodo. Es un sitio tranquilo y hay muy buen comercio. Dentro del apto todo en perfectas condiciones. Si pudiera dar una mejor comunicación la daría. Gracias

Great place to stay in laureles close to great restaurants but tucked away for privacy!

Excelente hospedaje, perfecto para grupos de 8 a 10 personas. Está ubicado en un sector en el que encuentras de todo. Melissa y la señora Adriana son super amables y atentas. Muchas gracias por todo. Recomendado🙌🏼🙏🏼

I’ve been three times to Medellin, all in the last three months and this is by far the best place and area to stay in. It was very peaceful if that’s what you want but steps away from all the fun! It’s about a five minute walk to CR 70 which is where all the restaurants, bar and nightclubs are at. The place seemed very safe as well. We walked home every night at all times of the night and had no issues or encounters. Xiomara, the host, is very responsive and overall a great host! I would stay here time and time again!!!

Great place and close to everything.

Nice apartment with a comfortable bed. Beautiful building with great security and friendly staff. Catalina is responsive for whatever you may need. I have stayed in this building multiple times and will continue to do so.

Carlos was a fantastic host, with great recommendations and communication. The place was very clean and easy to access. Perfect spot to be close to the restaurants. Thank you Carlos.

wonderful host and apartment

First and foremost, the apartment and views were absolutely stunning. It was even more beautiful than the pictures could capture. The building was extremely secure and the area was very safe. There was conveniently a great restaurant for breakfast/lunch in the lobby and we could walk to everything we needed like a large gym, pharmacy, ATM or other small restaurants. All the best night life and mall were just a short drive away. Caro made the experience easy and exceptional and help us navigate the extras like a chef and massage therapists. The apartment was amazing and Caro was even better. I will definitely ask her to stay there again on an upcoming trip.

Security 24 seven always felt safe had my family there. The people in the building were attentive and friendly. There is a gate that allows Uber services to come in and meet you from the front. There’s a restaurant upstairs and as far as the apartment flawless Jacuzzi outside shower And a big deck in the background sliding windows and makes you actually buy this place if possible. This is a great day and great building. I would definitely stay here again.

Excelente lugar para hospedarse junto a tus amigos o familiares, los host son súper atentos y responden a los mensajes de manera rápida y acertada. La seguridad de la casa es muy buena, no tienen porque preocuparse. Hay restaurantes cerca, un mall, supermercados y es una zona bastante tranquila.. La casa es más bonita de lo que se ve en las Fotos! Te sentirás en un lugar de lujo y muy cómodo.

Tuve una estadía excelente en este apartamento. Todo estaba impecablemente limpio, bien cuidado y con una decoración moderna que hizo sentirme como en casa. La calidad de los muebles, la ropa de cama y los electrodomésticos superó mis expectativas. Además, la ubicación era perfecta, tranquila y con fácil acceso a todo lo que necesitaba. La atención del anfitrión también fue excepcional, siempre dispuesto a ayudar y responder con rapidez. Sin duda, recomendaría este lugar y volvería a hospedarme aqui ,🙏👌

Andrea at the front desk was so incredible! The stay was relaxing and comfortable. Surrounding Restaurants and shops are great! I had a great time! Anything I needed they helped me out! The Hot tubs water stays hot the entire time and is very clean and relaxing. The TV was a smart TV and you can log into your streaming services. There is preloaded drinks and snacks available for a VERY reasonable price. Breakfast in the morning is the perfect amount and got my day started perfectly also it was a quiet stay! I went there for my bday and it was awesome. I can not wait to return!

I believe this may be one of the if not the best places to stay in Medellin. Centrally located to everything. Not too many hills like Poblado and not too far like Sabaneta. We’re right next to stadium, so it was noisy throughout the day till about 2 AM because it’s summer, so there a lot of games. They keep the stadium lights on as a safety precaution I believe all night, which is nice but the place has black out curtains, so no problem with light getting in. Although, once you see the view from the apartment, you’re going to want to sleep in the living room futon that turns into an extra bed. Multiple nights we slept with the balcony doors open and just marveled at the lights on the hills. The neighborhood is extremely quiet toward the night! You’re like two blocks away from La 70, a famous street filled with bars and restaurants, so it does get noisy but not enough where you can’t sleep. Everything was as pictured and the staff was amazing. The price is reasonable for all it offers.

Estefania is an amazing Host. She is very helpful and responsive. Highly recommended I will D stay at any of her listings in the future.

I really loved staying at Lina's place! The building was in a very nice and walkable area, relatively quiet despite being right in front of a big road. You can get to a lot of places by foot. The wifi is fast and reliable, and the hosts are always responsive. The kitchen is clean and complete - perfect for long-term stays. All in all, I would highly recommend Lina's place to travelers both long and short-term. ☺️
