Family-friendly vacation rentals in Naranjal, Laureles - Estadio, Medellin

It's a lovely building and apartment, but it might be time for some TLC. It's starting to look a bit run down. We had a problem with the security person while trying to park our car. He was extremely rude and made fun of me and my family. I texted the host, asking her to contact me the next day to discuss it, but she never did. Everything else was okay.

Great stay in the perfect location.

Great spot. Great neighborhood. Everything you need is within walking distance. Nelson arranged transportation to and from the airport with a friendly driver so you don’t have to deal with the cab drivers trying to rip you off. He met us at the door and gave us the lay of the land. Where to eat, where to shop, where to go, and where to not go. I will definitely be back and plan on staying here when I do.

Stayed at a few of Allen’s places. Always a great experience. This one was particularly beautiful. Amazing view. Always responsive. Building Security the best. Hot water reliable, Enoch is always iffy in Colombia. My new go to for return trips.

Ivan was great, responsive and generally a nice guy. The unit itself is very unique, spacious and comfortable. Great indoor outdoor use of space. It’s loud at night because the apartment is just at the top of the strip. but with white noise it’s all good. Location is very central to the nice part of Medellín. Great spot overall. Everyone was happy

5 stars. Clean. First class. Looks like the pictures. Plenty of extra linens. Confortable bed. Full amenities in the bathroom Outstanding buiding security. Identification required for all who enter. Excelllent restaurant on 4th floor right next to the pool. Gym is adequate and functional. Pool is open until 10pm. This may be the best Airbnb stay that I have ever had.

This is a gorgeous place to rest while exploring the city. As it is relatively central to the city, it is easy to go wherever you want. There is so much gorgeous art and natural plants that makes this Bnb a truly cozy and unique place to stay in Medellin. Highly recommended!

The apartment is located in a very nice place with the cafeteria on the first floor for the purchases you need as a traveler. There are many restaurants and bars within a 5-minute walk. The room was very nice and clean, it had the things I needed to cook and to work too. I liked that the owner was always attentive to any questions I had during my stay. Thank you very much for having me at your place!!

We had a pleasant stay, a central and quiet place, Sebas was always attentive to all our needs, the apartment complied with everything offered and is quite spacious.

Beautiful place and great location

I felt very safe, I had natural music in the morning with the birds in the window. The place is quiet and Doña Marta is a sweetheart, she made me cry when we said goodbye, very responsible and she gets acquainted quickly. I would come back without hesitation. Thank you, Mr. Marta.

I loved how secluded and authentic the location felt as well as super convenient to some of the best restaurants with views to the city. The balcony and hammock was my favorite place

The cabin is quite cozy, comfortable, very quiet, you can see and hear birds, read in the hammock. It is very conveniently located, as it can be easily reached by private transport, or even public transport passes quite close. There are also shops and home delivery options nearby. Juan is so kind, he gives clear instructions and even helped us with a problem we had before we arrived.

Loved this place! went there with my mom for a few days, and we loved it. The location was great, lots of restaurants, bars, tourist places near by. 5 minutes from the "Zona Rosa" in Medellin which is perfect if its your first time visiting. Not to mention the view from the apt was insane. Totally worth it!! The apt itself had everything we needed it and more. Definitely recommend this place 100%. Very safe to walk around and enjoy your day/ or evening walks. Will deff consider going back. Thanks Cesar

What an amazing place and an amazing family running the location!

Housy’s place made me feel at home and the security staff made me feel like family. The view was great and I'm happy I chose this place. They were helpful and attentive and I will book with them again. Amazing overall!

This place is great it's clean. It's got a great view and the host gave us lots of ideas to things to do very clean and very responsive medicine at the property showed us around and the kitchen is well equipped. This place is great.

Beautiful apartment, clean and spacious, the apartment is actually bigger than I thought. from the check-in to the check-out everything was great. the building is beautiful, safe, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Great apartment for work from home, good internet, has nice desk for work. the apartment has everything you need for long stay. I highly recommend

Very quiet place with a great view and amenities like gym and pool. Just keep in mind there’s no AC and he states that on the listing. I’m familiar with the area and it’s a very safe spot and still close by to everything

I was very fortunate to stay in this lovely penthouse for six weeks. I particularly loved the perfect, quiet and safe location, the airy and open space of the loft, the super friendly staff (i.e. security guards) and the very accommodating hosts, Uber and Gladys. The apartment was clean, very well equipped and functional. We could easily walk to the Poblado metro station, the Exitó store, the Sunday market on Poblado street and the mini-market store across the street. Thank you Uber!
