Great place! The location doesn’t have parking slot but the apartment itself is amazing!

This place is wonderful! The description does not do it justice. Everything was well- planned and thoughtfully designed for a relaxing and luxurious stay. The place was spotless and well stocked. Sonia and Carlos were the most accommodating host team we experienced in Colombia. Carlos deserves a prize for how comfortable and welcome he made us. From food recommendations to a tour of the area-- everything was 5-star. We look forward to staying with them again.

The place was great — clean, well-located, and exactly as described. Check-in was smooth, and the staff at the building were always present and professional. I especially appreciated the added security; there was always someone at the entrance ensuring that only registered guests were allowed in, which made me feel very safe. The only small issue was that I wasn’t able to get someone to unlock the safe during my stay. I would have preferred to store my valuables securely, but even so, the overall security of the building helped ease that concern. All in all, I’d definitely recommend staying here and would come back again!

Diego is an excellent host, he was attentive the whole time. He allowed us to check in early and check out late. The apartment is as shown in the photos, complete and clean. Close to restaurants, subway stations within walking distance. The spectacular view. There was noise due to the location, but it didn't bother us and we were able to sleep well. Highly recommended.

This was a beautiful one-bedroom apartment—spotlessly clean with great amenities. I especially loved the decor, and the in-unit washing machine was a nice bonus. The apartment is tucked away on a quiet side street, offering peace and privacy while still being extremely walkable. It’s conveniently located near Parque Belén, the metro, and a shopping mall. A great find for anyone looking for a comfortable and quiet getaway.

Great place to unwind and rest. This private is on the bustling streets called “La 70,” there’s lots to do and a good night life, yet the space is managed to cancel out the outside noise very well. The apartment is spacious, high end, and clean. I would definitely stay here again—highly recommend!

We really enjoyed meals on the patio and sliding doors that open up to the beautiful trees across the street. The comfortable living room, AC in the bedrooms, the washing machine, the cooktop and the air fryer made it a pleasure to relax as if we were at home - so much better than a hotel. Carlos and Claudia checked in with us regularly and were wonderful to deal with!

This is my second time staying in this apartment and I was not disappointed. The check in was easy and Ana responded to my concerns in a very timely manner. The apartment is conveniently located to all of the things I need: supermarket, drug store, eateries, the metro station, and a stadium where I ran every morning. The only problem I had was that the house next was under renovation, so there were lots of noise coming through the back wall. That made it difficult for me to rest during the day.

This area is great to hang by. You have estación Floresta 60 seconds away walking distance. Andres was very nice and always in communication. Building has security 24/7. Hot water for the shower works great. And AC is amazing too. Would stay here again.

Host is extremely fast to respond… when checked in someone named Camilo was assigned and was always asking about our stay and made us feel like home… Cleaning lady provided for additional fee was PHENOMENAL..!! And the building was spotless.. Great and quiet location and everything on the property was new and in outstanding condition..!! Hope every host would be like this..

The stay was better than expected. They were very responsive. The apartment was clean and very comfortable. We loved the jacuzzi. For a very small fee, they drained, cleaned, and put fresh water in the jacuzzi every day. Of course, when I arrived the jacuzzi was clean and ready. The jacuzzi has an excellent filtration system but it was nice to have it fresh and clean every day as well. There’s a big television and fire pit next to the jacuzzi. The beds are comfortable, there’s plenty of room. I had a wonderful stay. The building is very secure, they have a facial recognition system that is very impressive.

Excellent accommodation: clean, beautiful aesthetic, perfect location. Kind staff. I will return.

I had a very relaxing stay here. If you wanted to do something more the opportunities are endless. Maria helped give me many suggestions on activities and nightlife and for dining. The apartment was perfect with everything I could need available. The pool was clean and the views spectacular. The bar restaurant in the lobby area was very good. The staff was friendly and the food options were great. I highly recommend Maria and her apartment.

Great stay in a safe and secluded area in Medellin. Nice balcony views and the building had great amenities. Would recommend this stay if you are looking for a quiet and safe building in Medellin.
