Character on Clyde. We welcome you to enjoy the downstairs guest suite of our home with own private access. Includes: own parking & entrance, private bathroom, lounge with TV (with chrome cast, Sky TV (sport) and Netflix). Kitchenette is available, but not suitable for cooking full meals (No hotplate) . You will have sole use of this, however, at times we need to walk through this area. A great suite for a couples get away or up to 3 friends. Enjoy Napier City - 5 min walk to town.

The cottage has all the charms of the original seaside bach but its fit-out is perfect for long summer days and nights and in the colder months as a warm and cosy retreat.

Nestled high on a hill above Napier, an Art Deco city in Hawkes Bay , lies a bijoux studio, moments from the city. Its snug, and small, but has everything you need plus your own private courtyard.Please take time to look at the photos to avoid disappointment re the size of the studio. A private carport and just a 10 minute walk to the city. Netflix and You tube are available for your down time after a days sightseeing. Private and cosy, with a kiwiana ambiance. More suitable for short stays.

The Cottage, unique and tastefully decorated.

Whilst we cannot offer sea views we are only one street back from the beach so an easy walk if you wish to take a seaside stroll or bring along your surf casters. We also have the most beautiful cycle/walk tracks that will take you all the way to the city centre if you so wish. We are situated 10 from airport and 15 minutes to the city . We are also a very short stroll to the lovely crab farm winery. Plus snapper park camp ground is a short walk which offers eat in or take away meals.

Located between Havelock Nth & Hastings, close to many attractions & Rstnts, plenty of parking & amazing views of Te Mata Peak. 3 full bedrooms inside with 1 small single room off the Main Bedroom, good for children or that extra friend. A large Bathroom with toilet/shower/bath plus another separate toilet with a full vanity. 1 large outside bedroom. Backyard for easy entertaining.

The Pavilion

So close to the village, yet set in the countryside there are lambs in Spring and apple trees next door. Eggs are laid by our own chooks, bread, muesli and preserves are homemade. We'll suggest places to visit and restaurants if you want to dine out. Cool off in the pool in summer or take an expertly led yoga class! Take a trip to Hastings or Napier or walk the miles of tracks in Te Mata Park. Ocean Beach is just 15 minutes away and the Sunday Farmers Market just 10!

Our stylish cottage has the best of both worlds. Rural, quiet setting, only a 3 minute drive from the fabulous Havelock North village. Situated on a very special, peaceful, slice of paradise, on an apple orchard, on the northern outskirts of the village. Minutes from Hawkes Bay's amazing attractions. A twenty five minute drive to the Napier airport. Our swimming pool is situated behind the main house, 30 meters over the paddock.
