Rooms are at the back of my house and closed off so the space is entirely private with no shared facilities. Hot tub is by your entrance. A range of breakfast supplies in your space for enjoying at your convenience. From the comfortable queen bed you can enjoy the garden outlook. A queen bed enuite studio is also available for $160 per night. Numerous cafes, bars, boutique shops and a NW supermarket close by. Onsite parking is available if required for 1 vehicle. Our sleep out has been refurbished to a high standard with quality linens and locally made products. It is located in the back garden of our art deco home, with use of the hot tub and swimming pool (not heated). Close by are the delights of Napier including wineries, cafes, restaurants and art deco architecture. Push bikes are available for your use with Napier town centre 1.6km . There are no cooking facilities but a basic breakfast is included. OCTOBER 2025, HOT TUB IS OUT OF ORDER
