incredible place! we loved the apartment. beds are very comfy, showers are strong with good heat. the surrounding area is very pleasant. good food options around, and close to the train station. i would stay here again!

We found Jack's studio flat to be very comfortable and ideal for our 7-weeks stay while visiting relatives in Taichung and taking short trips around Taiwan. The flat is well-located in terms of public transport, things to see, restaurants and supermarkets, all on the doorstep. It has a lovely, well equipped bathroom, plenty of storage space and a washing machine and laundry area. There is a small kitchen, with a microwave, small toaster/grill, and a large fridge/freezer. Cooking pots, crockery, cutlery and glassware are limited as the house rules state no cooking. It is fine for breakfast and ordering in food but don't expect to cook a full meal! There was no iron but Jack supplied a steaming iron when we raised this. As we stayed for several weeks, we would have appreciated to have a spare set of sheets/pillow cases as it was a struggle to wash and dry 1 set in the same day. We would definitely return and highly recommend Jack's place if you are visiting Taichung.

Convenient, clean with a super responsive host. Easily walkable to the Taichung MRT and to many of the bus stations nearby. Also plenty of restaurants around. Thank you for being a great host.
