Great unit, excellent location for access around Albany. Comfy beds and couches. Very responsive host.

We were 1 week at Sharons & Karls farmstay - and it was such a great pleasure! Everything was really fine: the home, outdoor kitchen, the beautiful area, all the lovely animals 🐕🦙🐎🐓🦜🦘 and everytime fast + super friendly + proactive communication. Fully recommadation. We are very sad that we had to leave today - and are sure that we will come back. 🤩

Lovely new chalet in beautiful surroundings. We were very comfortable there. It was so lovely to be able to have our dog on holidays with us. When we went into a national park there was a sheltered and enclosed area for him to be left. Not that he appreciated it because we left him by the gate and returned to find him sitting by the gate. Oh well. He was safe. Bianca was a delightful host and her animals were an added bonus - horses, goats and an alpaca. I also accidentally broke the key in the door and Bianca was so gracious about it. Thank you Bianca!

A truly beautiful find. Riverdale 1898 farm is just glorious! The perspective from the front sitting room with glimpses of the Kalgan River, cow-filled paddocks and rustic cottage gardens is delightfully therapeutic. The cottage is tastefully decorated in bespoke Australiana decor, with attention to detail, invoking a sense of nostalgia and days of yesteryear. You were made to feel welcomed and valued, from the freshly baked fruit loaf bread, fresh eggs, yoghurt, blueberries, a variety of handmade cookies, a beautiful array of fresh flowers on the dining room table and a friendly note welcoming you. There was an amazing array of books to read, DVD's and a supply of local newspapers and magazines, with plenty of places to sit and relax. Everything was perfect, from the comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen, laundry and bathroom. We could not recommend this accommodation more highly, it was just sublime. Thank you Helen & Jim, it exceeded our expectations. Our all time favourite!
