Vacation rentals with an EV charger in Namsan

The location was great and the interior was beautiful. But the subway is right in front, so it's a little noisy if you open the door. I don't think it matters when you turn on the air conditioner in the summer.

The accommodation was clean and the host was kind, so I had a good rest. There is a park nearby and a copper market, so everything is satisfactory. It was an accommodation I wanted to rest again next time.

I really enjoyed my stay at this apartment. It was super clean and very comfortable. I stayed for 10 nights and it had enough space and storage for my clothes, a few pairs of shoes, 2 suitcases, backpack, etc. (I was traveling for a month overall). The host is excellent! I needed a couple of things and I got a prompt, kind and efficient response. This host clearly cares about the guests' experience and satisfaction. I would love to stay at this apartment again next time I visit Seoul, and I would definitely recommend it to friends and family.

My parents and I had a wonderful stay at Brian’s place! The home was clean, cozy, and very thoughtfully decorated. Brian was an exceptional host. He is friendly, thoughtful and responsive and provided great local tips. I would recommend Brian’s place to anyone visiting the area!

I stayed for an extended weekend and loved it. Check-in and check-out were easy and smooth. The appartment was clean, quiet, and conveniently just a step from the subway. And the view, especially at night, was amazing. Hailey is really responsive and friendly, all my questions were answered before I could even think about them.

The location and accessibility were good, and it was a very pleasant and beautiful house! I could see the host's sensibility in each and every accessory. I would like to visit again next time.

Gaya, very much thank you for the perfect korea holiday as he was so helpful on everything. Transport, Food, deliveries, places. you name it he got it. Moon was a very very perfect tour guide as well, friendly, helpful, making sure everyone was looked after. If anyone travelling to Korea, just look for gaya or Coze group and you will have a hassle free holiday despite having elders or babies. AMAZING PLACE AND AMAZING HOST!!! Justin was so kind and made us feel right at home! The place is so clean and near the train station. Every where is only a 10-20 minute ride and nearby has so many restaurants and cafes and convenience stores. I am definitely rebooking this place next time I come to Korea!

It was the best of the accommodations I've been to this year. Quick response and proactive resolution from the host. I felt the sincerity of the host in this accommodation. The surrounding commercial area is nice, and transportation is convenient. I highly recommend this accommodation to you all!

A lovely apartment with a great view.

Location: Short walk from AREX Seoul Station Exit15, with flat road surface (suitable for luggage). Convenience store within 5mins walk. Lotte Mart (Seoul station) within 10mins walk. Various restaurants and cafes within walking distance. Host: Very kind and friendly lady who always checks in on us during our stay to see if we are doing well. She even gave us korean snacks and fruits on the night we checked in to welcome us. She gave very clear instructions on how to reach the airbnb and check in smoothly. Room: Room is as per shown in the pictures. Homely and cozy. If you are wondering on the part of 'Shared patio or balcony': the same area consists of 2 separate airbnb. The garden/courtyard shown in the pictures are the shared area where guests can chill outside and will pass through to get to their own airbnb. Very good for value and comfortable stay. Will recommend others to come and stay!

Friendly host and Gaya very helpful. They will help us to order delivery as our oversea credit card cannot make payment for delivery service. Environment was good and suitable for those in come Korea in bigger group size or family trip.

Its my first time to visit korea and our stay in coze aeris garden suite 3 was simply amazing. The unit has 2 rooms with a common toilet and bath. The home comes with ALL the basic necessities you need such as tooth brush, soap, shampoo etc. The home comes with a complete kitchen accessories like glass, bowls, refrigerator, microwave and even a washing machine with dryer. What made my stay even better was the amazing rooftop exclusively for yours to use. Every morning i would water the plants and sweep the area just like what i do every morning in my mansion in the philippines. On my 6th day, i needed another 5 day extension. Their boss named “gaya” gave me another accomodation in level 2 named wellness suite for a very reasonable price. Level 2 has 2 bedrooms and an extra room for gaming or studying. It likewise has all the complete necessities like level 3. So far, my korea trip was amazing…thanks to the wonderful hospitality of COZE. Thank you and “MABUHAY” to all COZE staffs

We had a great stay - Serena was a very responsive, attentive host and answered all of our questions and inquiries. The location was extremely convenient and we would absolutely stay there again, particularly for a longer trip. Instructions for taking the airport limo bus were flawless, and it's basically across the street from the in-town terminal. Only very positive things to say!

A lot less expensive than a hotel on the road next to a lot of small drawbacks that are noisy with cars

Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay here so much. It felt immediately like home when we arrived. Everything was so clean and well prepared, like coming to stay at a second home. The hosts were extremely responsive and to our surprise, cleaned the home daily for us. There are two grocery stores less than 3 min walk, so it was very convenient to make light meals. The building is very safe and peaceful. If we visit again, especially for a longer stay, we will definitely book here again!

This was a in great place, great location, right next to the Starfield Shopping Mall. There is a trail nearby, if you are into a hiking or cycling or just serenity walk. This apartment has a 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom with spacious living room with dining table. Couch or Sofa would have been nice, though! Nevertheless, we enjoyed very much with this apartment.

I booked it while looking for a place to stay in Dongtan, and I liked it because it was a clean and spacious duplex apartment. It was convenient because there was a restaurant around the accommodation and a convenience store right below. I was thankful that the host responded quickly to the message. I'd like to revisit if I come to the Dongtan area again.

There were a lot of things to see around while walking from Jeongja Station to the accommodation, so I wasn't bored. When I arrived at the accommodation and opened the door, a fragrant scent greeted me first. I liked the interior landscape that matched the photos, the detailed decorations, and the clean interior, and I was impressed by the effort to prepare and bring it to the door with the answer right away when I asked about the necessary items. There were a lot of things to see, such as walking trails and food, so I felt like I didn't have enough time. I felt so comfortable that I wanted to stay longer when I left the accommodation.

Incredibly responsive Host who gives great instructions, with photos, about how to find the apartment (otherwise it would have been hard to find). The apartment and view were like the photos. The bed was extremely comfortable (I used the second bedroom for my clothes and didn’t sleep on that bed). The master bedroom had a large closet, as well, that my Husband used (I always over pack) The kitchen was well stocked with eating utensils, tissues, paper towels (not common in Korean Airbnbs) and there was a closet that had a washer and dryer, and cleaning supplies. The kitchen also had a water filter that dispensed cold and hot water (saved us from having to buy bottled water). The apartment grounds were beautifully landscaped with a little park for children. Nearby was a grocery store, convince store, good restaurants and fast food (Mom’s Touch), as well as coffee shops and bakeries. We were also walking distance to Subway, Central Park, Tri-bowel, G-Tower and Moonlight Festival Park.

It's near the subway station, so the location is good. The accommodation is clean and has all the amenities. It's well-equipped with toiletries, cooking utensils, basic seasonings, and detergents, so you just need to bring your own clothes for long-term stays.
