From the cabin there are many great hiking opportunities, kayaking, diving, fishing, etc. To Hanshelleren, which is a unique climbing area, it is about 4 km. 7 km from the cabin there is a shop with a good selection of goods and a restaurant.

Both two and four-legged are welcome. Possibilities for bonfire with a lovely view. Short distance to Stiklestad, Verdal, Steinkjer and "The Golden Detour" in Inderøy. Welcome to our guest house at Namsenfjorden. We are pleased that people enjoy their stay here on our farm. They give feedback that they find peace and that the place has a lot to offer. In the guest house it is nice to just be, or you can go in the woods, on the mountain, along the highway or explore the sea life (boat/canoe/kayak) and try your luck at fishing. Cozy waterfront house in Kjærsundet, 5 minutes from Lauvsnes city center where you can refuel the boat from the jetty and there is a grocery store nearby. The Zanzibar Inn restaurant is also located at the edge of the jetty. At Lauvsnes there is also a fast charger for electric cars. The apartment is bright and modern and fully equipped with dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, freezer, hairdryer, etc. There are 2 bedrooms with 2 beds in each room. Modern bathroom with shower and WC. Boat can also be rented by appointment.

Your home is located on the 2nd floor of an old farmhouse and was renovated in 2023. You have the entire home to yourself. This building is part of the traditional Trønder farm with Trønderlån (the house/main building), barn, shed and outhouse. The farmhouse is originally from 1850. On the farm we have dairy cows, a cat and a dog

But to put it straight at once; -this is a dead simple shack almost sliding into the breaking waves of the dark deep lake full of annoying trout wakes and paralyzing wet whisper under the floorboards to seduce you straight into nirvana... unless the awkwardly kitschy sunsets starts feeding your insomnia. But don't panic, you will not experience something like this every day. So every minute counts...

Pingvinen on Ytterøy

Our penguin is a movable igloo of 20 m2, with 360 degrees view of the lake and land. For most people, a location close to the sea will be the first choice. Trondheimsfjordens perle is a good starting point for experiencing an environment with a lower pulse, history, hunting and fishing and outdoor life, a battery charger in other words. We can help with most things, transport, catering, boat rental, etc. Please note that it can get hot indoors when the sun is up, even with the aircon on.

Here you will find peace both outside and inside. Pleasant in both summer and winter. 3.5 km from Trehusbyen Levanger which offers a nice atmosphere, shops and restaurants. You drive all the way up to the cabin, good parking. NB! In winter, in case of ice and difficult conditions, you may have to park approx. 30-40 m from the cabin.
