We stayed here for 6 weeks and loved everything about the apartment and location. Nice king bed, good wifi, smart tv, good water pressure in shower, hot water, etc. The bed linens are amazing. There’s even a top-notch water filtration system so you can drink the tap water in the kitchen. 2x AC units in the bedroom and kitchen/living room. The hosts were great as well. Would definitely stay again.

I recently stayed at Pine's condo in Chiang Mai and had a fantastic experience. The condo was spotless and impeccably clean, making it a welcoming retreat. It was equipped with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent, situated near a variety of great restaurants, bars, and spas, making it easy to explore the local scene. Pine was a gracious host, ensuring everything was perfect for our visit. I highly recommend this condo for anyone looking for a convenient and enjoyable stay in Chiang Mai!

This was a last minute stay for me, and I have absolutely no regrets. Not only was the location perfect, and beautiful on the inside but the hot was extremely communicative and helpful.

객실이 대로변과 떨어져 있어 조용한 휴식이 가능합니다. 볼트는 호출 하면 5분이내에 무조건 오고 80바트 이내에서 시내 어디든 갈 수 있는 위치입니다. 그리고 그랩배달도 금방 잘 받을 수 있어요. 현관문 틈새를 추가로 봉인하여 해충이 없습니다. 엘리베이터와 기가막힌 옥상 수영장 사용에도 문제가 없었으며, 이 가격에서는 사실상 최고의 숙소라고 볼 수 있습니다.

This was my fourth trip to Chiang Mai and Guillaume’s place was probably the best place I stayed at. The location is great with views of the mountains. The furniture is sleek and well thought of. For me, what stood out the most was Guillaume’s kindness and responsiveness. He replied right away to all my queries and accommodated all my requests. Perfect host!

Absolutely loved my stay here. So much that I extended the trip, which Rita was very accommodating with. I travelled solo as a female and found the building and surrounding area to be a place where I felt very safe. It’s a great location with Maya mall 3min walk away (I loved Minimal coffee on 2nd floor), there’s an amazing local place open for breakfast and lunch just to the left when you exit. You’re on the doorstep to Nimman market, gyms, tonnes of places to explore! And getting to the old town is about 10min drive. Would definitely return. Thank you.

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt bei Natty in der Wohnung. Die Wohnung war groß,geräumig und recht sauber. Des Weiteren kann man über den Preis echt nicht meckern und man kann auch Abstriche sehr gut verkraften. Beispielsweise die Duschtür geht nicht ganz zu und dann läuft das Wasser raus, oder der Tisch hat ein paar Macken. Aber im Großen und Ganzen in Hinsicht auch auf das auf dem Preises. Bin ich sehr zufrieden mit den paar Nächten, die ich in Chiang Mai verbringen durfte.

Better than the pictures. Wonderful place closes enough to everything you want to do, but far away enough that is quiet and peaceful when you want to be home. Cari’s was also very helpful with the booking. I made a mistake with my original booking and she helped me fix my booking mistake right away and very easily. Saved me a good amount of money, which other host haven’t done in the pass. Absolutely recommend this place. Is definitely a place I will return to.

Had a lovely stay at Cindy’s condo. It was nice and spacious, and even had a washing machine which was very handy. The highlight for us was the gym on the top floor - we used it every day. Nice to come back to such good aircon after walking around the city.

The place was exactly what we needed. Great location, close to so much, coffee shop and nail salon right downstairs in lobby, space was comfy and clean! Thank you!

My wife and I had a wonderful 100 night stay. Location is great, dozens of restaurants within walking distance. Two grocery stores within walking distance. Natasa is a super host. She is always quick to respond to questions or requests. She helped us line up cars and drivers when we needed them. She's always around and responsive.

I love this condo complex. While I have stayed here before, it was my first time staying at Ing's and it didn't disappoint. She was very communicative and helpful. The place is gorgeous with an amazing view, the amenities are top notch and convenient. Also close to the night market and 7-elevens in both directions with a short walking distance. Exceeded my expectations and well worth the price. I would definitely stay here again! I hope she will have me in the future! 5 stars across the board!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The house was spotlessly clean and had everything I needed for a comfortable and convenient stay. It's located in a quiet neighborhood, perfect for relaxing after a day out. If you have a car, the place is not far from the main attractions, which made getting around really easy. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to assist if I had any questions. One highlight was the air conditioning — it worked perfectly and kept the whole place cool and comfortable. This was my first time using Airbnb, and I was extremely satisfied. The host was very easy to communicate with, and even when I had a car accident during my stay, he was helpful in answering my questions about the situation. It was really comforting to have someone I could ask about Thailand while staying in Chiang Mai. The house was exactly like the pictures. It has 3 large en-suite bedrooms, all beautiful. It was very spacious, quiet and private. There was access to a pool and a gym, usually we were the only people there. There is 24 hour security at the gate, and the guards were very polite and friendly. Bill sent us a list of local amenities that was helpful. We hired a scooter for the duration of our stay, although the grabs are reasonably priced to get into the old town. There was a Thai restaurant and some local bars that we walked to. Overall we would recommend this accommodation and we would certainly come back if we were in the area again.

Biw, did all he could to make our stay comfortable. We stayed here two weeks. He connected us with a friend to get a car rental. Got us The house had basic supplies ready in great quantity (tissues, papertowels, toilet paper, coffee,water etc.) Our Family (3kids) were pretty bummed to find out the community pool was closed during our stay(April '25). Double check its back online. Biw did get our family a small pool for the driveway we used for our time there..... Thanks! The neighborhood is very friendly. Our kids played outside alot and we borrowed a scale and babysat dogs from a few of the residents. Our kids wanted to take several of the neighbors adorable dogs home with us. :) Thanks Biw.

I definitely recommend it. During our two-week stay in this house, Jesse and his wife helped us very quickly in everything. The house is very comfortable and quite spacious. The patio is very well-maintained. We even made a Sunday BBQ and invited our friends. The kitchen is quite well-equipped and spacious compared to other houses in Thailand. It is a golden opportunity for those who love to cook. There is even a billiards and entertainment on the upper floor. The gym belonging to the site is right next to the house. The gym was always spotlessly clean and well-maintained. The security who constantly roamed the site on bicycles made us feel comfortable. I definitely recommend this house.
