Condo vacation rentals in Nam-gu

Perfection! peaceful accommodation and wonderful host!

I went on a trip with my mom, and she liked this accommodation the most! When I woke up in the morning, the sea view was really beautiful. I want to stay here again next time I go to Pohang. The accommodation was neat and well-equipped with the necessities, so I had a pleasant stay.😄 There was a delicious soup and rice restaurant, a bibimbap restaurant, and a convenience store nearby, so it was nice. I'm 100% willing to revisit!

Such a great find just outside of Gyeongju city centre. About a 30-40 minute mostly flat walk to the main tourist area, or there are loads of buses going past about 5 minute walk away on the main road that will get you there in a few minutes. The apartment has everything you need, the bed is very comfy and the water pressure in the shower is great. Having the washing machine available to use was so handy and really appreciated the clothes airer that was provided. The addition of a smart TV felt like such a treat too. The area around the apartment is quiet and has plenty of convenience shops and small restaurants. Also the host was so quick to reply to messages and sent very clear instructions on how to access the space. Fantastic value for money, would definitely stay again if I came back to Gyeongju!

The interior of the house was quite large, so it was very comfortable to live with the luggage, and the towels and the items listed in the accommodation description were in good condition, so there was no inconvenience in using them. However, for those arriving late at night or those who are clumsy, the nearest convenience store is farther than you think, so it might be a good idea to prepare in advance and go. There were also wine glasses, so it was good to have a quick meal! The bathroom was okay to use, and the water pressure wasn't bad, so I think it's the best value for the money.👍

It was nice to have a lot of space and cozy. The parking lot was large and the location was near Gyeongju Station, so it was convenient and the person who responded was kind. I didn't use the sauna, but I'm going to try it when I come here next time ~

Except for the hot water not coming out well, the value for money, the host's response, and the cleanliness were all 100% satisfactory.🩷
