staying at Ninh's place was truly a wonderful and lovely experience, she got in touch with us before our trip started and planned a wonderful 5 star ha long bay cruise at a minimal price along with transport to her place. she was very responsive and caring I felt as though I was home away from home, she planed our entire itinerary in ninh binh at a nominal price and it was wonderful. her food was very tasty and the price was very reasonable, my 15 month old daughter fell ill during the trip and Miss. Ninh helped us with the doctor and the hospital and the tests personally working as our translator and she gracefully allowed us to cook food for our daughter in her kitchen without any fuss. I truly recommend families to stay here on their trip to ninh binh for a warm, cozy and homely stay. this place was truly a home away from home!!!!

Great hosts ! Very quick and easy access, room was as described, got an extra duvet on request and the room was cleaned again when we gently asked if it would be possible to clean the shower again. There was cheap laundry service. Good to find, quiet location. Would come back again and again! Thanks Minh !

I had an amazing stay at Cozy Son hotel. There was really personal care taken by Linh and his family throughout my stay from renting a motorbike and bicycle, helping me with my bus tickets or just helping me with cash when I lost my debit card during my trip. It was just a great experience and the rooms are big, soft cushions and really great location bit away from hustle and bustle of main Tam Coc market. Highly recommend the stay here.

The bungalow was located in a beautiful, quiet spot. You can rent scooters or bikes directly in the homestay which was very convenient. The hosts were very helpful :)

We had an amazing stay at the Amyhouse (probably best accomodation during our trip). Also host recommeded and planned us a perfect trip/tour plan during out short stay at Ninh Binh. I would highly recommend everyone to stay here and I'm looking forward to come back for longer stay in the future :)

We enjoyed our 3-day stay at Doan's very much. The homestay is welcoming and peaceful: you immediately feel very good there. Our bungalow matches the listing photos perfectly. Bonus: breakfast is really excellent! We were fortunate to meet Doan's sister who is studying French and who advised us like a pro for our visits and activities in the area: thank you again!! 🥰
