The farmhouse warehouse has been renovated, so it is spacious enough to relax in the living room with an atrium and the bedroom in the loft. Please have a quiet time under the thick beams that have withstood the wind and snow for a long time. Large dogs can also stay with you. 　Shinano is a town blessed with mountains and lakes. There are also paddle boarding and canoeing on Lake Nojiri, cycling along the lake, and forests where you can enjoy forest therapy. In winter, you can access the Ginjo Gondola, the Kurohime Slope, and nearby ski resorts. Kurohime's slopes have a dog run in both summer and winter, and in winter there is also a lift that you can ride with your pets. 　If you have time, we also recommend taking a walk along the rice paddies that extend to the distant ridge line. 　It is about 10 minutes from Shinanomachi Interchange and about 20 minutes from Shinshu Nakano Interchange. There are many attractive tourist spots in the surrounding area such as Joetsu, Shiga Kogen, and Togakushi. 　The kitchen is also equipped with cooking utensils, so I think you will enjoy cooking. 　 　There are 2 beds in the loft and 3 futon sets in the back room. 　Please note that the area is rural, so there may be times when you can hear farming work.

You can find lots of beautiful scenery in just a 10-minute walk. Check out Mt. Iinu from Oaza Hoshiike. About 3 minutes on foot from the nearest bus stop (Iineta Higashi Ward)! The next closest bus stop (Iinetate) is about a 7-minute walk. You can also get here by public transportation. Walking distance to restaurants such as Mori-no-Eki, Iizuna Soba, ramen, hamburgers, etc. About 25 minutes by car from Nagano Station and Zenkoji Temple. Togakushi Shrine is about a 15-minute drive away. It is also a great base for golfing and skiing in the direction of Togakushi, Kurohime, and Myoko. Please also use it for the Togakushi Kodo, Amatomi Trail, and climbing Mt. Iinu. If you want to go to a hot spring, Tengunokan at Lake Reisenji is about a 15-minute drive away. It is a calm space with an old house motif. The living room has a large sunken kotatsu style Irori fireplace where you can enjoy meals and drinks. There is also a 4-seat counter bar. Nozawa Onsen Ski Area, Shiga Kogen, Madarao Kogen Ski Area, and Tohachi Onsen Ski Area are all nearby, making it the perfect base for winter sports. In the green season, there are eight golf courses within an hour, including the Madarao Country Club, and many day-use hot spring facilities. The owner lives on the right side of the entrance and can be contacted at any time, and understands everyday conversational English. In the green season, you can harvest fresh vegetables from our own farm at any time, and enjoy a barbecue in the garden. The garden is also spacious, so you can also enjoy a short walk. Iiyama's specialty is the famous green asparagus, which can be enjoyed from May to July, and there is also a roadside station nearby where you can enjoy fresh vegetables and delicious buckwheat.

Enjoy the wood stove sauna and the water bath with a view. There are no private houses around, so you can listen to music and watch movies loudly. Because it is a house located deep in the mountains, we take the best measures, but in the warm season, insects come out. It snows a lot in winter. In autumn, fallen leaves dance. You will also need to adjust the wood stove fire yourself. It's not an easy house to live in, but we promise you a great view and experience. Enjoy cooking with a counter kitchen with a view, condiments and cooking utensils. (There is no equipment for BBQ)
