A great base to use to explore Okayama and within walking distance of the beautiful Korakuen Garden. Excellent cafes and bars within easy walking distance. Thanks for a great stay.

Communication was good, even if we had a small question, they responded quickly and were kind. There were a lot of rooms and we had a spacious time. There was no dining table in the kitchen downstairs, so I had it from the second floor and used it.There were times when I thought it would be nice to have a TV on the ground floor. I was concerned about the smell from the sewage and insects in the cooler months of April.It can get worse in the summer.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, and Okayama. The location near the park and castle was exactly what we were looking for. Easy to get to from the train station as well. It worked great for us.
