Dominique is a very pleasant, responsive and discreet host at the same time. The gite on the ground floor is functional, clear, well-equipped and very peaceful. The dreary weather during our stay did not allow us to fully enjoy the outdoors but it was good inside with a very nice underfloor heating. Well-located cottage to fully enjoy the lake nearby. Very nice accommodation for those who love the old, qualitative, with absolutely everything to serve, inside, or nearby (shops). Ideal for 1 couple, with 1 or 2 children. I'll come back when I have a chance. Improvement point: The comfort of the 2nd bedroom sofa bed is a bit just for an adult(s)

A great family, very warm and friendly. We stayed with them for three nights at Easter. Our 4-year-old daughter had the chance to play with their grandchildren who were on vacation. Then, the owners of the cottage organized an egg hunt: she was invited to look for the chocolates and have dessert with the children :) It was a real pleasure to see our child so happy. We, the adults, also really enjoyed the fireplace in the living room, especially since the days were quite rainy. The house is very spacious, clean, with everything you need – it feels like home. Around, there were animals: two adorable dogs ran around us and the cows grazed peacefully. If we return to the area, we will definitely stay with Jacky and Sylvie!

Our stay was perfect from the moment we received such a warm welcome from Sophie and Daniel. The house is beautiful and very luxurious with everything you could think of needing and more all of the highest quality. We were travelling with our 6 month old granddaughter and everything she needed was there, even some toys placed in the cot - adorable and so kind! Daniel brought us a delicious breakfast of pastries and fruit juice on our first morning which was so thoughtful. The garden is stunning with the pool being an absolute highlight and very welcome in 38 degree heat. The location is peaceful yet close to amenities and the town of Montabaun is only a short drive away. We made use of the bikes to explore the roads around the house. Outdoor living was very easy with a variety of places to sit, cook, eat and relax. We really can’t fault our stay and only wished we had booked 2 weeks instead of 1! Thank you so much for welcoming us in to your special home Sophie and Daniel.

Very nice stay spent in this small chalet in the middle of the forest. Thank you Patrick who welcomed us well advised and was always available. The cottage is quiet and very comfortable, the location well shaded. when it was hot, therewas coolness in the evening, which was not negligible. There are many villages and remarkable sights to visit around, for a little car. Just, the cottage has 2 neighboring cottages but discretion and respect were required. The pool was a plus!

For a family stay in the countryside, the cottage is ideal! The living room is warm, comfortable, full of charm. The spacious kitchen is very well equipped. Everything is done to have a lovely stay. The bathrooms are great. We particularly enjoyed the nature side, our small children and our little dog really enjoyed being able to play outside. The renovation of the building is remarkable. The Mas de Rousset is a peaceful haven nestled in a bucolic landscape that invites you to rest, while being close (or relatively - max 1 hour) to many sites, activities (Aveyron Gorges, Padirac Chasm...) or must-see towns to discover, starting with the Royal Bastide of Villeneuve (Figeac and the Champollion Museum, numerous castles and royal bastides). The house is also delicately and refinely decorated, which is delightful at first glance, in addition to impeccable cleanliness. 🤩 We did not have the chance to meet Céline and Alban but the written exchanges were particularly pleasant and the information, always very precise, communicated quickly. We highly recommend it.👍👍👍

Very pleasant stay in the old barn renovated in Bernadette's apartment. "Typical" decor and furnishings. Rooms rather larger than what appeared in the photos. The garden, in front of the nice accommodation with a great view of the valley. Well-equipped. Bernadette is very friendly and accommodating.

Isabelle has been the most amazing host ever! She was amazing when we arrived and continued to check up on us and offer recommendations. When we needed help with something she was always there for aid and recommendations. She also saved us when the train strike cancelled our train be getting a driver to take us to Toulouse. The house was pristine and absolutely beautiful as well as the surroundings.

Bernard has been one of the best hosts we have found; close and attentive to our needs. Despite not speaking the language, she went out of her way to communicate with us. We felt excellently treated. The highlight of the apartment is its terrace, pool, wonderful, unobstructed views of the Occitania. We would like to come back. Highly recommended!

The place is very pretty (beautiful view), very quiet. The house is very large and very pleasant to stay in. There are 2 more listings nearby but we had our privacy. Philippe is kind, he lives in the accommodation next door and is very discreet. The sauna jacuzzi pool area is charming and pleasant for young and old.

We have just spent 9 days at the pool house, Liz was an absolutely amazing host, we couldn't have asked for a better host for our holiday. the pool house offers peace and tranquility in the middle of nowhere, somewhere you can sit back, relax and switch off completely. The pool house is very spacious and was a great fit for our family of 4 (2 adults 2 children) before check in, Liz was at the other end of the phone to answer any questions we had. we managed to get a grocery delivery to the pool house which was helpful being so far into the countryside. I would definitely recommend the pool house and will definitely return in the future. comments from the kids - This was my favourite holiday I've ever been on, I've enjoyed walking Snoop daily and trips to the boulangerie with Liz - Erin I liked the dog, the pool and the house. Liz is really nice and took us to the bakery and it was really fun - Jake
