Brian is a great host and always responded quickly to our messages. The apartment is as described and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. There just wasn't an ATM nearby. In March, you could hear the strong wind loudly in the apartment We would come back. 😊

We had a lovely stay at Anh’s place! Especially with the friendly vibrant Thuong who helped us and made sure our stay would be comfortable. Will definitely book again the place once we visit Da Nang again in the future. Would also recommend it to my family and friends who wants to visit Da Nang for a vacation.

My partner and I stayed here for over a month and it was such a spacious and comfortable place for the both of us. We both needed a separate space to work and were so pleasantly surprised at how spacious this was for Da Nang. It's close to all of the great restaurants so you can walk, take a grab, or a short scooter ride. The beach is only two blocks away so the entire area is very walkable. The staff here were immensely friendly and helpful anytime we needed anything at all. We LOVED being greeted by their resident pet Nau. I missed my dog being away from home for so long so this was an unexpected and sweet touch. It made being away from him more palatable. The housekeeping were on top of cleaning the unit every few days and it was perfect for us. Just enough that the place was kept spotless and just enough so we didn't feel it was intrusive. We loved our place here at Louis Mo and would highly recommend this spot if you're considering visiting Da Nang! Thank you so much Nhat!

Wonderful place to stay in Hoi An away from the hustle and bustle of old town but still in a walk-able distance from it (about 20 minutes walk) Restaurants and coffee shops that are more for the locals nearby which we love!

A wonderful place to stay! The villa is very large and luxurious with a beautiful view. It’s close to the beach, swimming pools and the Nep restaurant. My kids enjoyed the private pool every day. The host is very attentive, offering help and advice to make the most of the facilities and the region. We had a great time.

Great location if you want to be a walk from the hustle and bustle. Still plenty of things within walking distance. The charm of the home really won us over.

Return visitors to Casa Rio for another month’s stay in this still fabulous house. The house keeping is excellent, everything you need is in the house, with amenities, town and beach all within walking distance. The garden has developed under Huong’s knowledge of plants and attention to detail. Would love to stay again in the future. Many thanks😎

This is the most amazing place. Hoi An is so pretty and Mei’s place is absolutely perfect in every way. Mei is super helpful and could not do enough for us. We had a barbecue on one of the nights and Mei helped us with charcoal. The house is absolutely beautiful and was just what we needed for our last few days of a great family holiday. The local area is close to the beach and the market is a short bike ride away.super chilled and perfect vibe. Roi’s bus bar around the corner is the best. I recently stayed at a lovely property in Da Nang and had an amazing experience. The host, Frank, was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. His attention to detail and responsiveness made a big difference. The amenities at the hotel were top-notch—spacious, clean rooms with everything you could need for a relaxing stay. The property also had some thoughtful touches that added to the experience. While the location is a bit outside the main tourist areas, it’s still very convenient. Using Grab made it easy and affordable to get around, so I never felt disconnected from the action. In fact, being slightly removed from the hustle and bustle was a nice change of pace. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Da Nang! It’s a gem, and Frank’s hospitality makes it even better.

The place was super decorated, especially clean and there were fresh towels every day. The pool was nice, but very busy at certain times, so it was also very noisy. If there was a problem, I got a response right away. To reach restaurants and attractions you need a grave. If that doesn't bother someone, the quiet accommodation is highly recommended!

Flawless accommodation! May has been helpful since day one, she made sure we didn't miss anything. This accommodation located in the à la carte hotel is known to all (Grab/Taxis) and is by the sea, easily accessible on foot, near the dragon bridge. The value for money is very good! She even offers a full cleaning service of the accommodation included in the price. Thanks again May!!

Great apartment with amazing location, right next to the beach. Apartment is clean and well equipped, nice lighting and bathtub. Netflix available. Mia provided motorbike rental which was delivered to the apartment to us, so convenient! Just a note that you have to pay extra to use the pool since the apartment is not part of the hotel, that’s no problem but it’d be helpful to know prior to bookings. Overall highly recommend!

We felt so comfortable and right at home in this unit. Everything was cleaned to perfection before we arrived. They are very patient with us, and we never felt like we were a burden even though we had many questions. They are incredibly kind hosts. I Would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat! look no further if you are trying to decide on a place to stay. this is the most ideal and perfect location.
