Great communication, easy check in, was very responsive and accommodating.

This has been the highlight of our trip to Vietnam. Well positioned by the beach and a quick cab ride to the old town, the property is beautiful, with an amazing pool, a nice living area, large, lovely bedrooms, and balconies. The host was incredible, going above and beyond, making delicious breakfast and clearing up after. Couldn't recommend it highly enough.

We had the best visit and fell in love with the area. The Villa was perfect for our family of five with plenty of indoor/outdoor space. It’s nicely located just a short drive from some of the busier areas like An Bang or Old Town, yet still close enough to walk to the beach and some great restaurant options. Chloe was absolutely amazing and super responsive throughout the trip. She helped with recommendations, obtaining tickets, setting up dinner and delivering a motor bike to the house. Chloe even continued to help us after we checked out by ensuring a dress was delivered to our next stop in DaNang. Can’t say enough, but we’ll definitely be back!

民宿的地理位置非常好，周围有很多好吃的餐厅和咖啡馆，走到河边也很近，离机场也是十分钟的车程，非常便利！到美溪沙滩也是骑摩托车十几分钟的距离，非常适合在岘港staycation。房东非常热情，回复也特别及时，积极帮助我们。总的来说是非常不错的一次住宿体验。

평화롭고 한적한 휴가를 즐길 수 있습니다. 2 가족이 머무르기에 좋습니다. 체크인전 출입방법을 더 명확하게 안내해주시면 좋을것 같습니다. 몇호 빌라인지 미리 안내해주시면 체크인이 더 수월하게 진행될 듯 합니다.

Vi havde et fantastisk ophold. Boligen er skøn og området og stemningen omkring er fantastisk. Det var lige hvad vi havde brug for på vores Vietnam tur ❤️ Vi havde en rigtig god kommunikation med Jules og Matt. Vi havde et par ønsker ifht rengøring og dette blev ordnet med det samme. Personalet i boligen er rigtig søde og vil hjælpe med alt hvad vi ønsker. De snakker begrænset engelsk så der kan være lidt misforståelser i ny og næ, men det tog vi med et smil. Vi kan virkelig anbefale Jules og Matts bolig.

Tam's place is amazing. Thuong meet us at the house on arrival. The daily cooked breakfast was delicious. Walking distance to beach, cafes and restaurants. Thuong arrange a car to take us to my son sanctuary early one morning to beat the crowds and heat (highly recommend getting there early). The house is in a great location to relax and see the surrounding sights of Danang and Hoi An. Would definitely stay here again and recommend.

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in dem Apartment. Dieses gehört zu einem ziemlich großen Resort am Rande von Da Nang. Das Meer liegt ca. 200 Meter entfernt und man hat einen wunderschönen Blick vom Balkon auf die Anlage und das Meer. Nachdem trubelingen Wohnungen die wir vorher im Da Nang und Hanoi hatte diese eine wohltuende ruhigere Lage. Alles picobello sauber, super ausgestattet und sehr bequeme Betten! Auch vielen Dank an den Verwaltungsservice für den unkomplizierten Austausch.

The apartment is small but I felt comfortable during my stay. The area is quite busy with a large local open market across the street. Next door and close by there are other minimarkets so shopping for groceries is quite convenient. The beach area is a short 10 minute walk. Carol is a great host; always proactive and responsive to make sure you are taken care of. Overall I had a nice experience and would recommend.

Well-maintained and clean apartment with two big rooms and living/dining areas, ample closet space, sizeable washrooms, and a very handy washer and dryer. Instructions for self check-in were clear and the process was easy. Host was very responsive to questions, even during night time. Nearby there is a cheap local eatery and a good spa place. Would be happy to stay again in future visits to Da Nang.

It was our pleasure to stay in LaDa's house. Very nice apartment, very kind and polite people. The room has everything you need. There are also the pool and small rooftop garden. We have perfect time there. Owner is very kind person, .. everybody always with smile and helpful.. thank you again and for sure we will come again.

We appreciated the serviced building aspect of this apartment, providing a secure and convenient experience with friendly front desk staff and luggage assistance. The apartment was spotless and well-organized, with thoughtful touches like extra towels and water. The decor gave it a pleasant, hotel-style ambiance. Quyen, our host, was exceptionally helpful and responsive, offering early luggage drop-off and ensuring we had everything we needed. The location is ideal for exploring, with the beaches, numerous dining and shopping options within walking distance and easy taxi access to attractions. Just a heads up, there's an unfinished building next door, so the view isn't perfect. Overall, it's a great stay.

Peaceful, quiet and comfortable. Good hosting. Great for a night's rest , event a week to explore Danang city.

Qui was a great Host. Very proactive and always responded very quickly to any questions. The condo is very nice, right across from the ocean and easily walkable to many restaurants in the area. My wife and I would definitely stay here on our next trip to Da Nang.

It is an excellent place, for a holiday, excellent location, delicious breakfast. the best attention from Dinh, her husband and family. I felt great during my seven-day stay. highly recommended. They have a very traditional coffee and the classic Vietnamese style. When I arrived I found in the room: bottles of water a bottle of wine, soft drinks, tea and coffee. They changed towels every day. If I go back to Hoi An I would stay there again. Thank you for everything Dinh

Absolutely gorgeous place to stay! Perfect for a big group. Had bottled water delivered everyday to the house, which was wonderful. The host was attentive and house was kept clean and tidy throughout our stay!

Dung was so beautiful and friendly! Went out of her way to give me tips and restaurants to try. Her place was super clean and the bed was extra comfy! A very good central location to the beach and ancient quarter. Plus free bikes are available which was super handy! Highly recommend if you’re staying in Hoi An

Sin duda la mejor habitación de Hoi An, fuera de la muchedumbre, y cerca de la zona de playa. Fue flexible y servicial en todos los aspectos, nos dio recomendaciones e incluso nos dejó una manta de yoga para hacer deporte. La casa fue trasladada desde Sa Pa y tiene un cachorrito adorable que te da la bienvenida cada vez que entras. Hemos alargado la estancia. Todo un lujo!

Nhi is very kind, helpful and can give you a lot of good tips for Hoi An and the surroundings. We enjoyed our stay very much in this beautiful and clean homestay. We highly recommend to stay here.

Mrs. Hien is very sweet and kind caretaker. she helped us with early check-in. the place was extremely good.

Me and my brother really enjoyed Kim’s place. The room was very clean, the breakfast was really nice and Kim had a lot of recommendations what we could do in Hoi An. She was always so friendly, happy and in for a chat. Also the other girl (her daughter?) that made us breakfast and cleaned our room was very sweet. We would definitely come back if we had the chance!!

Wir waren eine Woche im Volar und haben es sehr genossen! Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb von der Altstadt und demnach sehr ruhig. Es werden kostenlose Fahrräder zur Verfügung gestellt, um schnell in die Stadt zu kommen. Unser Zimmer wurde jeden Tag gereinigt und mit neuen Handtüchern ausgestattet. Sonst war der Service auch großartig. Wir konnten einen Roller mieten, unsere Wäsche abgeben und Ausflüge buchen. Unsere Highlights waren das Frühstück und der Pool. In Summe ein tolles Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und die optimale Unterkunft in Hoi An. Danke!
