Very lovely home, brand new appliances, comfortable bed, fantastic bathroom/shower, but the only disappointing thing was the lack of cleanliness of the air conditioner vents and the master bedroom did not get very cool despite it being on full blast and not too hot outside (mid-November). I submitted pictures of the extremely dusty vents to the landlord so hopefully they clean it and then the place would be perfect. Very quiet with lots of grave sites all along the street.

First time staying, the owner was very friendly, and the response was very quick and thoughtful, the kitchen items and even other household items were very complete, clean and tidy, the online photos were very consistent, there was no difference.There are also good beaches nearby, and the convenience store is only a few minutes' drive away.Very convenient and comfortable, thanks to the host for the hospitality over the past few days. Family of 4 had a super time at this property. We rented a car so super convenient, I'd imagine would be a little tricky if no car. Property was spacious, beds were comfortable, kitchen amenities were provided. Useful that beach was super close too other places easy enough to get to by car. Kids loved the pool, only one issue is that bugs as unfiltered, bugs would go into the pool. I would suggest maybe providing a net to scoop them out with. Otherwise the pool is fine and fit for purpose. Thanks for hosting a wonderful stay at your property, I would definitely recommend and stay again 🙏🙏

We had a great stay. The apartment was very clean and spacious. Felt like a home away from home. Chikako is a fantastic host. She met us at check in and also came early in the morning at checkout so we could use the internal lift to transport our luggage. She also had helpful local recommendations. The izakaya restaurant just across the street is fantastic, we went back there a 2nd time as the food was so good! Would highly recommend Chikako’s accomodation!

It is not possible to choose between Building A and Building B, but contrary to worries, the front building does not severely interfere with the view. It's not a heated pool, so it's hard for children to swim unless it's hot. The rooftop bath is not managed, so the coating is peeling off. Other than that, I am satisfied.

It was a very nice room.It was used by families, and we would not be able to stay at the same room with this number of people, so the children were happy to stay with us. The washing machine and the hotel have to go back and forth to the room and the laundry room many times, but the parents also made it very enjoyable. Thank you very much.
