The house includes terraces with a view where you can relax in peace. We also offer charging for electric vehicles (please let us know before you arrive). Each element is designed to make your stay as comfortable and special as possible. We charge a surcharge of 10 EUR per use for charging the car, which allows us to maintain a high quality of service.

Upon thorough renovation in 2021, the house has been adapted to the modern way of living, yet it retained its original charm and soul.

In the feel-good oasis on Trausdorfberg, you can feel comfortable and recharge in the 100-year-old buildings of our farm - on the hills between Graz and Vulkanland! The apartment "Moritz" has a bedroom with double bed, a fully equipped kitchenette with stove, microwave/grill, dishwasher, a cozy living room with height-adjustable table and a private terrace. Enjoy the hot tub and sauna overlooking our forest sheep or indulge yourself at the grill in the outdoor kitchen!

Our guest house is located in Szattán, a small village in Őrség. The cottage has a sauna, a garden with a fireplace, and the village orchard is located directly below the house. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a hob, a small fridge, a coffee maker and a kettle. You'll find everything you need to cook and eat. The following fee is payable on site: In the village, the tourist tax rate is 400 HUF/person/night over 18 years. Sauna usage fee is 10000 HUF per heating.
