Great place to stay, easy access to the beach and so close to everything.

Even with all the rain during our beach week, we had a great time at this dog-friendly cottage. The screened-in porches made catching up with family outside bug free. Nice pool, corn hole and hammock were nice to have as well. Short walk down quiet unpaved street to beautiful beach. So many restaurants & activities nearby!

Amazing Airbnb vacation home, quiet, peaceful neighborhood, short walk to the beach or to the sound. Good central location close to restaurants and activities within walking distance. Lots of amenities newly updated well taken care of,beautiful pool. Wonderful host ,very responsive absolutely would recommend to family and friends 👍🏻 Almost forgot, the beds mattresses are AMAZINGLY COMFORTABLE 👏👏 Best night of sleep 💤 High Quality Linens . I would rate this 6/5 stars. We were a group of 9 friends who stayed at the place and every one of us loved the cottage. It’s right next to the beach with a nice porch area. It has a swimming pool right next to the cottage. The host was really responsive and also kind enough to get us extra amenities in the cold night. Would stay here every time I visit the place. Only complaint was there was no lock to one of the restrooms. Other than that there were no issues. Thank you!!

My husband, dog, and I had an amazing stay here! The house was spotless and well stocked with everything we needed. We accidentally locked ourselves out the first day and Whitney came to our rescue within 10mins! Location was very convenient and the neighborhood was nice. EV charger in the garage was also a big plus for us!

This stay was a repeat for us. Tanya and Lowell have thought of everything in this space. Clean, comfortable and cozy. Our first stay was a few years back during Thanksgiving and I was able to prepare a wonderful meal for my family. This time was a quick escape to reset our minds and body following Hurricane Helene. The hot tub, kitchen, beds, entertainment, and location make this place very, very special.

The house is in a great location and was very clean. The owners were thoughtful with what is available and provided for guests! The pool and backyard are nice! This place will book up fast!

Very nice for a girls weekend get away. The neighborhood was quiet, and conveniently located to the things we wanted to do.

Comfortable house with fantastic water view. We enjoyed watching the eagles and osprey and seeing the stars at night.

This is our 2nd stay here, and we have loved both visits! The kids love the pool, we love to walk to the beach and to town. Such a great house in a great location!

Pictures don't really do it justice. It is much brighter and lighter inside than shown on Airbnb. Very cute house, would consider it again for future bookings. Back yard is an oasis and the hot tub is a perk!

We had a very relaxing stay at this home! It was charmingly decorated and had enough space for 4 of us to spread out. Communication was clear and the hosts were responsive. The home was well located, convenient to quite a few restaurants within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again.

I can't say enough great things about this place. Amy was so accommodating and flexible. She really thought of everything when stocking her house for guests. We needed a couple of things during our stay and she provided immediately. The house is unbelievably cozy and clean. Dog water bowls, towels, and toys were available, too! We can't wait to stay again!

Had a great stay at Maria and Steve's! Place was clean and as listed. Only tricky part was the house is across the highway from the beach access which meant having to drive and find parking or cross a very busy road.

The Flat Top on First is the perfect place for a beach vacation! Dustin and Karol have made sure you have everything you need during your stay, including toiletries! We could have gone with just our clothes and been just fine 😂. The beach is so close with easy access, and several grocery stores within 5 minutes. Dustin is also quick to answer any questions. 10/10!

Awesome location for exploring the entire Outer Banks! This place is the perfect combination of comfort and convenience. The house has everything you need for a fun get away; beach gear, bikes, fishing poles, crab pod, etc. We loved having the “starter set” of toilet paper, dish soap. Laundry soap and trash bags. It was just what we needed to settle in quickly until we had time to run to the store to restock. The yard was a great size and our pup had plenty of room to run. The neighborhood was quiet and had great side streets for walking and bike riding. We loved that we could quickly get to stores, landmarks, beaches, and parks. One note: the windows are totally see through at night-use the curtains. In the morning, the birds throw themselves at the windows at their reflections. It sounds like someone is knocking on the doors or windows- it’s just the birds, LOL, and if you open the curtains you get an awesome close up view of all of the birds and squirrels. We loved our stay!

The bungalow was just perfect for my husband and I and our dog! Quick walk to the beach, which was so beautiful during the Spring! Fun restaurant just a 2 minute walk from the cottage! We didn’t cook but there was a full oven/range and just about everything you’d need to prepare meals. The hosts are very proactive and included great recommendations and instructions throughout the bungalow. As noted in the description, it is a small beach bungalow. Great for couples, especially if you like to vacation with your dog!

This was a wonderful beach stay. Very close to the beach - we had not realized from the photos that you can see the beach from the deck. Really great beach stay with a half block walk to the beach and chairs and sun umbrella available while we were there. Cute decor - very nice house.

We had a wonderful stay. Plenty of room for a family of four, quiet street, close to bike trail and cute gazebo on the sound. Nice to have a fenced yard for our dog, though we mostly walked the neighborhood. Comfortable house, well stocked to meet any need ~ especially appreciated the options for coffee making. Easy drive to attractions & restaurants.

This was the perfect dog friendly place we were looking for. The enclosed deck and yard allowed to let the dogs out and run around the place without issue. The house itself is pretty close drive wise to everything. Plenty of space as well. Would definitely come back here again especially if we brought our dogs.
