Vacation rentals with a pool in Naga City

Perfect example of an excellent resort. This is one of the best resort I have visited till now. Jen and all the staff were very helpful and friendly and always makes sure that we got everything that we needed. The house was well equipped and the furnitures and rooms are very clean. The location is also very easy to find. Just Waze the name of the resort and it will directly lead you there. From the balcony, we could view the sea and feel the cool breeze. It felt like we were just home. The beach has very clean and clear water and such a good place to relax and chill. The scenery by the beach was very beautiful and the view of the sunset was mesmerizing. The private pool area was also very cool and picturesque 😊 The whole area was spacious where you can do a lot of fun activities like basketball, badminton and other beach games Overall this is a fantastic place for a family holiday. Great for group outing and office team buildings too! Will definitely plan for our next stay here ❤️

First time booking a place for our group and I must say that this is a good place for having our reunion. The host is responsive and quick to answer queries. The place is not that far as you can even commute to reach it. The place was clean, and has utensils, fridge, water dispenser and even lots of tissue for all of us. The pool was also clean. You can even sing your heart out because you can do videoke. All we needed was there. I love their rooms and bathrooms. they have a heater and rooms are clean enough pillows and blankets. They also have wifi! overall, 10/10 would stay at Kakushi Private Villa again. thank you for letting us stay in your place 😊

Super super clean.. Great view plenty of space friendly owners. this stay has it all.. the access road is a little hard to access / narrow , so educate yourself in advance.. I would suggest a video from the host to the potential guests

Very nice unit, with everything thing you need including a washer/dryer and water heater in the shower. Good aircon, kitchen utilities and good wifi. 2 malls close by but you do have to take a detour to get to them but it isn't that long. The pool is very nice and free to use. Staff at the building are very friendly. owner is very easy to deal with.

Booked this because of the pool and board games. Kids loved the stay and lots of activities to choose from inside the unit. Room was super clean and smells good. I love that it has complete kitchen needs. For me it is a bit pricey compared to other rentals we stayed in the big cities like Manila and Cebu with same amenities and features. But we had great stay.

With the amenities, feel at home vibe, super near restaurants, bar, free pool plus if you have long stay, you'll be given a chance to have a soothing massage for 2. I will definitely be here again. 5 stars for its budget friendly place. I had a great stay at this 1-bedroom condo in Naga City from May 20 to 23, 2025. The unit was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with everything I needed for a short stay. The location is excellent—very walkable to nearby restaurants, shops, and other key spots in the city. The condo itself is in a secure building with access to a pool and parking, which were definitely a plus. The host was responsive and easy to communicate with, making check-in and check-out smooth. For the rate, location, and amenities, this place is a great value. I’d definitely stay here again the next time we're in Naga.

Good host and The caretakers are very helpful, We're a group of 7 so the place is quite Big and Spacious for us, Nice and Clean Pool, they got the Grill for BBQ just bring your own charcoal!.. Amenities are all there, if you're into a typical Filipino Excursion like us They've got the Entertainment for that! Big flat screen TV plus Videoke are provided... otherwise if you want a peace and quiet night the location is great...so overall our overnight stay's worth the money. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
