Vacation rentals with beach access in Nafplion

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property. We really enjoyed the beach which was only steps away from the apartment. The beach and outdoor space was great for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful surroundings

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in Kiveri! Die saubere Wohnung mit dem Balkon mit viel Schatten und der tollen Aussicht laden zum Verweilen ein. Der Ort Kiveri mit Restaurants und einer sehr guten Bäckerei sind schnell zu erreichen. Direkt vom Balkon aus kann man zum Kiesstrand laufen. Alles traumhaft also!

L’appartement de Georgios était idéal pour nous (famille de 2 adultes et 2 enfants). Tout ce dont on avait besoin y était présent. L’accueil de Georgios était très agréable. Nous étions proche de Nauplie et des autres activités à faire autour. Aussi, les lits étaient très confortable. Merci pour tout!

This is a great place to stay that is clean and comfortable in newly-built building. It’s clean and looks exactly like the pictures and is very walkable with lots of stores and restaurants in the area. The host provides a very easy check-in process and is very communicative along the way. There is also an assigned parking spot on premises which is very helpful.

Five stars for the view! I had a great time in May. The balcony is excellent, and the place itself is perfect for 1-2 people to relax. It's a two minute walk to the beach, which isn't busy, and Xiropigado is a small, sleepy, delightful coastal town. Christofer is a great host too, and is very responsive and friendly. There are some small downsides (the bathroom and its lighting isn't good, and doing laundry can be a hassle (you can't do it on your own time and have to contact Christofer)), but these are outweighed by the positives of the rest of the unit.

Wir waren nun schon zum zweiten Mal an diesem wunderbaren Ort und werden sicher auch ein drittes Mal kommen. Die Wohnung ist für eine Familie durch die unmittelbare Strandlage perfekt geeignet. Einfach herrlich. In der Nebensaison ist dort absolute Ruhe. Nur das Rauschen des Meeres war zu hören. Alles war fantastisch.

A lovely airbnb in a charming village with stunning views, wish we could have stayed longer. Harry is a great host, very welcoming and kind. The cove/beach is a minute away with amazing snorkelling. We were very comfortable and had everything we needed. Really easy to walk in and around Kiveri, a super peaceful place with lots of nice restaurants, an incredible bakery and friendly people.

The view and location, along with the most beautiful garden were the highlight of our trip! Kiveri is a lovely village with good restaurants and a great place to explore the Peloponnesse from. Having access to a private beach and gorgeous garden with outdoor grill, we opted to stay put for a few days, simply taking in the view. Definitely a place we'd like to visit again, especially in spring.

Ευγενικότατος σπιτονοικοκύρης και η βίλα εκπληρώνει όλες τις αναμενόμενες προσδοκίες. Είναι λίγο πιο έξω από το Ναύπλιο και ίσως ο δρόμος μέχρι εκεί να μην είναι τέλειος, αλλά τουλάχιστον είναι ασφαλτοστρωμένος και αξίζει το δρόμο μέχρι εκεί, μιας και έχει φοβερή θέα, παρέχει πισίνα και είναι ήσυχα.

Ο κύριος Θοδωρής είναι ένας οικοδεσπότης που όλοι θα θέλαμε να συναντηθούμε!! Ένα πραγματικά υπέροχο κατάλυμα. Ευρύχωρο , καθαρό, πλήρως εξοπλισμένο και ήσυχο με υπέροχη θέα στον κόλπο !!! Αξίζει να το επισκεφθείτε!

Приятная и уютная квартира с большим балконом и удобной кухней. Дизайн помещения тоже понравился.

What a magical time in Nafplion! The Old Town surprised and delighted the four of us with its architecture, flowering trees (in May), lively pedestrian-only streets bursting with restaurants and bougainvilleas and paths to pristine beaches. The town’s historic charms were matched by the generous and authentic hospitality shown to us by Athanasia and her father, Giorgos. His warm and friendly smile as he welcomed us set the tone for our entire stay. A bottle of wine was waiting for us and, after a technician had to come to resolve a minor problem, Giorgos brought us his favourite cake - even though we hadn’t been bothered in the slightest. Athanasia responded to every question immediately and was kindness personified when she gave us an extended checkout time. The living room was spacious and the patio overlooking the rooftops and view of the harbour was our morning and evening gathering place. The Old Town was a 20-minute walk - which we especially appreciated after a filling dinner!

We had a wonderful stay in Napflio. Theros Cottage is a quaint cottage in the old town - very beautiful, with everything we needed for our 4 night stay. It was a great base for us to explore the area. Napflio has lots of steep steps - we certainly got our steps up, literally! They only added to the charm for us. Elena was totally amazing!! From our dealings first booking with her many months ago, from Australia, throughout our preparations for our arrival and during our stay. She even managed to organise an emergency dental appointment for me! We truly appreciate everything Elena did to make our stay enjoyable and memorable. We hope to visit Napflio again one day.

Maria’s villa is a great place for quiet relaxing vacation by the sea. There was almost everything in the house one would need, well equipped kitchen, lots of towels. The host, Maria, is super responsive and easy to communicate with.

We had a wonderful vacation with Artemis and Stefanos. The house was great, very clean and everything you could wish for was on site. The pool was amazing, the garden was very well maintained and the panoramic view was magnificent... it was a paradisiacal place. You can make wonderful excursions from here (e.g. Poros, Idra, Spetses, Korinth, the volcano on Methana, Nafplios, the theater of Epidauros, mountain villages like Stemnitsa and Demitsani and much more) but there are also wonderful beaches and restaurants on site. The best is saved for last: Artemis and Stefanos were the best hosts you can imagine. They provided us with lots of ideas for excursions, they were always attentive and fulfilled requests immediately but were never supervising or checking up on us. They were like invisible fairies. We got freshly squeezed orange juice every morning, great homemade jams (some of which we were allowed to take home with us) you felt like you were on vacation with your grandparents.

Wir haben uns in den Tiny Häusern sehr wohl gefühlt und ruhige und entspannte Tage verbracht. Die Haus ist klein aber sehr kompakt und praktisch ausgestattet. Der Garten und der Poolbereich ist sehr liebevoll angelegt und gepflegt. Die Umgebung ist dörflich aber ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge rund um Nafplion. Wir waren 9 Nächte vor Ort und hätten uns zwischendurch mal eine aktive Reinigung des Zimmers/Handtuchwechsel/usw. gewünscht. Ich denke es ist eher für ein kürzeren Aufenthalt ausgelegt. Ansonsten war aber alles gut und wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub!

This was a lovely apartment in a great location! It was extremely clean, the couch and beds were comfy, and it was right near a cute park with a playground, a big supermarket, and the old town and waterfront of Napflio. We had a great stay! The only small thing to note is that there is only one set of keys, which is also needed to turn on the electricity, so if one person leaves the apartment while someone else is home, they can’t bring a key with them and you’ll have to go downstairs to let them back in the building.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Wohnung. Die Lage ist ideal, um die Umgebung von Nafplio zu erkunden. Die Aussicht ist wunderschön. Obwohl wir Timi nicht persönlich getroffen haben, hat er immer sofort auf Nachrichten regiert und alle Fragen sofort beantwortet, inklusive Restauranttipps. Absolut empfehlenswert!

L’appartement est aménagé avec soin. Literie et linge de maison de qualité. Notre hôte est très sympathique, mais malheureusement nous n’avons pas pu nous croiser. Mention spéciale au panier garni ! Les fraises 🍓 étaient délicieuses.

Very clean and everything you need is in the apartment. It was very close to The main town and walkable. Ifrikatis is extremely friendly and responsive for anything you need. I would stay there again.

We had a wonderful time at Natalia's apartment in Nafplio. From the very beginning, we felt right at home. The apartment has everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The beds are cozy, the space is clean and well-equipped, and the neighborhood is quiet and safe. The historic center is just a short 10-minute walk away, making it easy to explore the charming streets, shops, and tavernas of Nafplio. Natalia was a warm and responsive host, always ready to help if needed. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Nafplio.

Location is perfect for families. A quick 5 minute walk brings you to the main square with lots of shops and restaurants or to the port for a beautiful walk along the ocean. Even though it’s so close to all the things, it feels a bit quieter and less crowded. The apartment t itself is just as pictured and was everything we needed and more. The large beautiful floor to ceiling windows were my favorite part- bringing sunshine and a bit of cool wind into the apartment was lovely. It was peaceful to sit on balcony at night and look up and see the lit up fortress!

Wow. We've stayed in some interesting and funky places over the years, however, the Art Basement has to be one of the funkiest! The atmosphere was fun, anything and everything one might need or want is right there. Lots to see and explore right there in the Basement! Plus, the kitchen was well stocked, the bed was comfortable, the water was hot, the place is clean... And the funk factor is a 10. (Loved the radios and typewriter!) As for the location, we could walk to restaurants or shopping. With a car, it was super easy to get around Nafplion and relatively short drives out to Epidaurius and Mycenae. It's under two hours to get back to Athens. Yes! We would recommend this location to anybody who's exploring the Pelopenese Peninsula. Stay in Nafplion and book the Art Basement. You'll love it! Opa!

Ήταν όλα υπέροχα. Πλήρες εξοπλισμένο κατάλυμα. Δεν μας έλειψε τίποτα. Η οικοδέσποινα ευγενέστατη!!! Το κατάλυμα ευκολα προσβάσιμο και πολύ κοντά σε όλη την αγορά.
