Ευρύχωρο loft πλήρως εξοπλισμένο. Το προσωπικό ευγενέστατο. Η τοποθεσία η ιδανική. Στα συν και η ιδιωτικότητα καθώς έχει δική του ξεχωριστή είσοδο. Το προτείνω.

Excellent place, do not hesitate. The GPS from the airbnb did not mentioned the correct place but we received good help.

We loved this Airbnb - from the couch looking out it was as if we were floating on the water! A bit out of city centre but that was really nice too. The waves lull you to sleep and it has everything you need to relax and enjoy Patras. We had only one issue and Nikolaos responded IMMEDIATELY. It was solved right away and our stay was even better! There was a VERY helpful guidebook left on the table - we really appreciated it and used it a few times.

Όλα ήταν υπέροχα,όταν ξανάρθουμε στην Πάτρα θα είναι η πρώτη μας επιλογή.Ο Ανδρέας κατατοπιστικός και ευγενικός όπως και η υπέροχη οικογένεια του.Τα παιδιά έπαιζαν στον φανταστικό κήπο και πραγματικά νιώσαμε σαν στο σπίτι μας,όλα ήταν τέλεια!

Το χωριό και το τοπίο είναι απλά μαγικό, το σπίτι ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες, είχε όλα όσα χρειαζόμασταν, οι ντόπιοι εξαιρετικά καλοσυνάτοι. Μπορείς να κάνεις ωραία βόλτα με τα πόδια στο χωριό, τα Καλάβρυτα είναι 40 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο, η Παναγία η Πλατανιώτισσα 10 λεπτά. Η θέα είναι μαγευτική και το χωριό πολύ ήσυχο. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ!

We had a fantastic 2 week stay at the villa. The view is simply stunning and made our holiday feel like we’d truly gotten away to somewhere special. We’ve travelled all over the world and never stayed somewhere with such an amazing backdrop. Great communication with the host, always keen to help and make sure everything was as we needed. His family that welcomed us to the property were very friendly and brought us fresh fruit part way through our stay and for our trip home which was very sweet. The villa is very clean and well equipped. The swimming pool is huge and deep enough for diving - our kids (14&11) loved it. The location is very quiet and private, which we loved. You definitely need a car although taxis are available for evenings out. The city is 15-20mins away and has great restaurants and the Archeological Museum was worth a visit on a drizzly day. The beaches nearby are stoney and beach shoes necessary as there are sea urchins. Beautiful, clear, shallow waters for family swimming. 30 mins away there are sandy beaches with beach bars and beach beds etc. We enjoyed visits to the Mycenaean cemetery with ancient tombs and Calma Waterpark. The Old Port at Nafpaktos is beautiful and the little fishing village of Psathogyros is simply stunning. All in all a fabulous and memorable stay, we have no hesitation in recommending the villa and its host. We’re missing those sunsets already.

Ήταν όλα υπέροχα κάτι καλύτερο των προσδοκιών μας Περάσαμε τέλεια απίστευτη χώροι ζεστό περιβάλλον καθαριότητα μοναδική και πολύ φιλόξενοι οι οικοδεσπότεςΤα παιδιά το ευχαριστήθηκαν πάρα πολύ Σίγουρα θα το ξανά επισκεφτούμε είναι ιδανικά για οικογένειες και μεγάλες παρέες. Μάκη και Νάνσυ σας ευχαριστούμε πολύ καλή χρονιά!!!❤️❤️

Το κατάλυμα είναι σε πολύ όμορφη τοποθεσία, μες στην φύση, την ησυχία και με αλογάκια παραδίπλα και πολύ κοντά στο Αίγιο με το αυτοκίνητο. Αγρόκτημα κανονικό, με όμορφη γενικά διαμόρφωση. Το δωμάτιο μας ήταν κι αυτό όμορφο, άνετο και λειτουργικό και είχαμεκαι ωραία εξυπηρέτηση από τους οικοδεσπότες.

Εντυπωσιακά καθαρό σπίτι. και εξοπλισμένο με τα παντα. ό,τι καλύτερο για χαλάρωση και ξεκούραση. η πισίνα σε πολύ καλό μέγεθος και βάθος. Το μόνο αρνητικό, οτι το beach bar δίπλα, έπαιζε πολύ δυναυα τα σαββατοκύριακα και το πολύ μικρό 2ο δωμάτιο. Θα ξαναπήγαινα σίγουρα !

Η διαμονή μας στη βίλα ήταν εξαιρετική από κάθε άποψη! Όλα ήταν όπως τα είχαμε συζητήσει στο τηλέφωνο και ακόμη καλύτερα. Ο χώρος ήταν καλαίσθητος, πλήρως εξοπλισμένος και με φανταστική θέα που μας χαλάρωνε κάθε στιγμή. Η τοποθεσία ήταν ιδανική, με τις παραλίες και τα μαγαζιά σε κοντινή απόσταση, ενώ η γύρω περιοχή ήταν ήσυχη και βυθισμένη στη φύση, προσφέροντας απόλυτη ηρεμία. Ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν απίστευτα φιλικός και επικοινωνιακός, κάνοντας τη διαμονή μας ακόμα πιο ευχάριστη. Σίγουρα θα ξαναέρθουμε!

the Villa is located on a very high hill overlooking Trizonia island- a small, simple and beautiful greek island. The house has an amazing view (especially from the upper balcony). it is modern and beautiful with a real fireplace and a huge inside grill ! the rooms are perfect, they are actually more than rooms- they are small apartments! every room has a small kitchen, private shower and toilet, and a separated balcony. Jan is an extremely nice host and will make you feel welcomed and take care of all your needs.

Words cannot explain how amazing Andrea and Anastasia were with their hospitality in this beautiful villa. I will be sure to come back to this home again and will surely recommend to all friends and family who come to Greece from near and far to stay at villa anastasia. The outside space was lush, peaceful, and healing to the soul. The inside was cozy with plenty of open room and an amazing aura that made you feel as if you were at your own home. Unbelievable hosts and an unbelievable home.

wunderschönes Grundstück mit Meeres- und Bergblick und Infinitiv Pool. Abseits vom Tourismus und super liebe und vertrauensvolle Vermiter. Kann ich nur empfehlen!!!!:)

Excellent place! We stayed 3 weeks in John's house and we enjoyed our stay there very much. The house was clean and spacious. There was a good air conditioning in every room. The kitchen was very comfortable, spacious and perfectly equipped. There were much more things there than it was described in the listing. I was very happy to find out that there were a microwave and a kettle as I used them a lot. We appreciated that the Wi-Fi was very good. We enjoyed so much having breakfast/lunch/dinner on the balcony and watching the sea and the beautiful sight of the mountains across the Corinthian gulf. The place is really peaceful and private, and it is great for relaxation. The beach is just in front. Another thing that was exceptional for us was the area around the house. The region is lovely. Wine yards, olive trees gardens and other beauties like these. You have no idea how amazing the smell of drying grapes is! We want to come back! John is a great host, very responsive and attentive.

Πολύ καλό σέρβις στην άφιξη και διαμονή, καλό σημείο και κοντά σε όλα. Το πάρκινγκ λίγο δύσκολο. Γενικός εξαιρετικά και το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα!

Καλησπερα..αξιζει να επισκεφθείτε το σπιτι και με το παραπανω ..τα παιδια ειναι αψογα σε ολα..

Klidné místo,pár kroků od oblázkové pláže kde naleznete stín stromů. Moře čisté plné života. Naleznete zde klid téměř bez lidí. Ubytovani čisté dobře vybavené. Přátelská Sofia s pozitivním přístupem vždy ráda pomůžea poradí. Bylo nám zde dobře.

We spent a weekend in Zoi's house. The house is spacious, comfortable, very clean, well equiped, with stylish antiques furniture and large terraces. Our child enjoyed very much staying at the children's room with many toys to play with. The owners were very friendly and helpful. They greeted us with a welcome gift (fresh fruits, honey and a bottle of wine). They recommended us tavernas and beaches to go Even in May we spent a very nice day at Kalogria beach. The village has a mini market for the essentials (you can find a super market in a distance of 2 km), and next to the house there is a pharmacy and two cafe-bars, where we ate souvlaki and other greek dishes. We certainly recommend Zoi's house and would come back for a longer stay.

Άψογος χώρος σε Παρα πολύ καλή και ήσυχη τοποθεσία..το διαμέρισμα πεντακάθαρο προσεγμένο και πάρα πολύ όμορφο..Η οικοδέσποινα ευγενέστατη και πάρα πολύ φιλική,σίγουρα αξίζει παραπάνω από μια επίσκεψη.. ευχαριστούμε για αυτή την ευχάριστη εμπειρία διαμονής που μας προσφέρατε..!!

Το σπιτι ηταν υπεροχο, στην φυση με ιδιωτικοτητα! Ο κηπος ηταν πανεμορφος και τα παιδια επαιζαν με ασφαλεια! Πραγματικα θεωρω οτι αδικειται απο τις φωτογραφιες, ηταν πολυ πιο ομορφο απο κοντα. Ο Αγγελος ηταν εξαιρετικα φιλικος, και παντα σε επικοινωνια μαζι μας για ο,τι χρειαστικαμε. Μας προσεφερε καρπους απο τα δεντρα και μας εφερε πολλακις ξυλα για το τζακι! Η κουζινα ηταν πληρως εξοπλισμενη και δεν μας ελειψε τιποτα. Το σπιτι ηταν τεραστιο και χωρεσαμε ανετα 4 οικογενειες. Ενας μικρος παραδεισος που ηταν διπλα απο το κεντρο του Αιγιου, κοντα σε Καλαβρυτα και αλλα ομορφα μερη! Το σπιτι το νιωσαμε σαν δικο μας. Δεν μας ελειψε τιποτα κατα την διαμονη μας και σιγουρα θα το ξαναεπισκευθουμε. Το συνιστω ανεπιφυλακτα, για ηρεμες διακοπες. Ειχε και ψησταρια στον εξωτερικο χωρο που μας επετρεψε να χαρουμε τον κηπο. Ο Αγγελος ειχε προνοησει και για το μωρο που ειχαμε μαζι και μας ειχε τοποθετησει και κρεβατι μωρου σ ενα απο τα δωμματια!

Φιλόξενοι οικοδεσπότες σε ένα λειτουργικό, καλαίσθητο και χαλαρό χώρο. Συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα και σίγουρα όταν ξαναρθούμε είναι η πρώτη μας επιλογή στη Πάτρα.
