This house is in a fantastic location, tranquility and views are the key words. The rooms are, as expected, basic, but everything is there to have a pleasant stay. The owners Arnhild and Tommy are very friendly and helpful. This is a perfect location if you are looking for peace and nature :-)

We had a wonderful weekend at this cabin! The place is cozy, well kept, and has everything one needs for a relaxing stay. The cabin was close to the ski lift that made it easy considering the children who were there. The hosts were helpful and welcoming. Highly recommended!

We had an absolutely lovely stay in the very homey and well-equipped cabin in Valøya. The nature is truly spectacular and everything we needed was in the cabin. Short distance to nice hikes on the mountains and the sea, we already long to go back. ♥️

We had a wonderful stay for more than a week in the cabin. We didn't expected that the cabin was equipped so well. Drinking water coming from the moutain can be fetched just around 20 meters away. There was a gas stove and a simple kitchen for cooking and when there was good weather we could do BBQ over the open fire. The toilet was as good as expected under the circumstances. The cabin lies at the end of a gravel trail and you need around 10-15 minutes to get there. It is possible but a bit of work to get suitcases to the cabin. Especially the last meters where you have to carry your luggage up a small hill where the cabin is located. The area is fantastic. There are very many fishing lakes around where it is also possible to rent small boats. The license and the boat rentals can be bought over inature (search for "Ørret og røykefiske i Osen kommune" and "båt til leie i Bjørnør statsallmening"). Åse Marie also provided us with firewood, which we had to pay for small money.

A perfect family cottage for big children. The host was very nice, helpful and easily accessible on the phone. We showed that there was no road down to the cabin, but the inconvenience was that we had to walk over a snow pile to get there. Otherwise, great stay and would love to come back.

Great if you like a secluded location with a nice view. Quiet and beautiful by the sea if you want to take a beach walk.

Really nice host who met us at the gate when we arrived. Clean, cozy little cottage with a bunk bed in one room, 2 regular beds in another room and a small TV room that the kids could play games and watch TV in. we had a great time and the kids thought it was fun that there was a kind dog that greeted us and that there were swings/slide to play with outside!

The little house is beautiful, very peaceful and was free of synthetic perfumes and really clean. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

The host is extremely friendly and even lit a fire in the barbecue hut, for a cozy evening in April. Even in the low season, the accommodation is highly recommended, the location is also fantastically beautiful. Thank you for the nice stay :)

Wonderful! The cabin is a dream, lovingly furnished, clean, practical and there is also an adventurous shower. 😊 Communication was fast, uncomplicated and likeable. It was so nice...

Great place and host. Kristian was very quick in responding to any questions we had. Beautiful location within walking distance to incredible bouldering.

Perfect! The cabin itself is private and has everything you need. You are surrounded by nature and can even spot moose when walking around the area at night! The hosts are also super nice and responsive and even came to save us when our car was stuck in the mud off the road...😅☺️
