My friends and I visited Helena’s place and it was just perfect! It was clean and she had a lovely hamper for us that we all enjoyed. The location was perfect and extremely walkable to the city. It rained for an entire afternoon on our stay but we chose to stay in and there were so many options of movies, games and books that kept us entertained. I would definitely come back :))

Adam was responsive, helpful and willing to go out of his way to help us. The house was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed as a family. Fully functioning kitchen was also helpful. Highly recommended and we will be staying again!

We had a lovely stay, wish we could stay longer! Brixham is beautiful and so much to do, and the accommodation was perfectly situated, comfortable and full of character. Would recommend the Dartmouth Steam Railway, a trip to Totnes, the river cruise to Dartmouth, a walk around Berry Head or for the hardier walker the trail to Greenway and back. And for early risers it’s great to see a working fishing port in action. The harbour is so pretty at night, with lots of choices for fish n chips.

What a fantastic place. You instantly felt like home from the moment you walked in, really clean and had everything you needed to cook meals from scratch in the kitchen. Great location if you don’t want to drive, everything is a couple minutes walk from the house - can easily walk to the beach or the shops without driving. Bonus for us, there was an EV charger that Sue remote controlled so we could just plug in and top the car up. Would love to stay again, not sure we’ll ever get weather this good again though.

Had a booking cancelled at short notice and had to find an alternative sharpish.. found this one and the host was back to us straight away and remained in regular contact. Directions and getting in were easy and we even got notification that the accommodation was ready early. Very clean and comfortable inside - nice and cozy Great job by the host.

We had a wonderful time at the Old Tea Hut. It’s beautifully decorated, spacious, with the most amazing views. A special place to stay regardless of the season, we were treated to mostly sunny weather (the sunset was incredible across the bay!) but even on a rainy day it was great to look out and enjoy the property. Lots to do in the local area - we enjoyed a good dinner at the Finnygook Inn, golf at Whitsand Bay Golf Club, and lunch at the Cliff Top Cafe.

I cannot begin to describe how lovely our stay was. Tristan is the most amazing host we have ever had at an AirBnb. He was responsive to questions, helpful, caring, and just so sweet. He even helped us back our giant rental van into the garage when we arrived. We had a perfect welcome basket upon our arrival and staples left for us in the fridge, so we had everything we needed for a delicious breakfast the next day. The house itself is even nicer than pictures show. It’s beautiful, modern, and clean. The beds were very comfortable, and having three full bathrooms and an additional half bathroom was amazing, especially for a party of 6 people. The location was perfect, the ocean views were gorgeous, and the home was so comfortable that we didn’t want to leave. Any time we visit Lyme Regis in the future, we will always stay here!

Absolutely stunning place with a beautiful sea view! Lovely outside area to relax. Salt Cabin is just perfect! Spotless clean, stylishly furnished all so comfortable and relaxing. Loved the bathroom and all the finishing touches make this the perfect place to stay. Croyde village is just a short walk away and also not far from the beach at Croyde Bay. This really is a hidden gem, we will definitely be back for another trip! Thank you Deborah, it truly has been a wonderful little break.

We had a lovely stay at Sharon’s bungalow and it is ideally placed to explore the coastline. The bungalow was extremely clean and comfortable and the welcome scones, jam and cream were a lovely surprise. Sharon was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had. Such a beautiful place to stay and Sheldon is a lovely village. The beach hut is really cute and well provided for given the small space. It was a bit chilly when we first arrived but the under floor heating soon kicked in. We had everything we needed and so convenient. Only negative was the back of the tv needed a bit of a dust!!! Oh and the seagulls are quite intimidating!!! Could have stayed all week x

Situated in a beautiful part of Devon, with access to lots of coastal paths. the cottage was clean tidy. the fridge was off but other than that the kitchen was well stocked with lots of pans and utensils that we needed to cook. our host called before our stay to offer us tips about our stay. we all enjoyed our stay

We had a brilliant stay here. Jessica and Claire’s place was perfect for what we needed. Easy access into town (driving, park and ride as well as normal bus links). Easy parking only a few feet from the lodge helped with easy unloading (with two kids!). The place was clean, and very nicely decorated an up to date. Beds are very comfy. Thanks for such a lovely place to stay for our holiday week!

We had an amazing time in Kingswear at Sharon’s house. The house is spacious, beautifully decorated and with spectacular views from the terrace. What a fabulous house for a family break! So much space that for the 11 of us to spread out in,we never felt over crowded. The house was very well equipped,we could all comfortably sit down to eat. The garden was very safe for the children to run around in and it was such a quiet area. David was very responsive to any query I had. I think we could be back next year!

Really amazing place to stay. Perfect for a retreat, family trip, base to explore Devon or just a break. Hosts are excellent and can't be more helpful. Very clean, lots of parking and lots of facilities. We will make this a regular trip from now on.

Lovely, spacious, and modern property. Plenty of choice for outside seating too. exceeded expectations, more than matched the photos provided. Only advice I will give, which is not anything negative about the Property is be mindful if you have guests who aren't particularly mobile as there are steps up to the property and the driveway is up a fairly steep hill. We did also struggle to get a taxi, as didn't really seem to be all that often or available in this location from what we found and Uber just said it would be a very long wait. The Property itself was fantastic though, plenty of space for all of us. Myself, My Husband, My Sister, her Partner and children plus My Dad came for the weekend & there were three spacious double rooms, two with en suites and then the two singles in another room for My Niece and Nephew, so absolutely perfect for what we needed. Overall, very happy with this property & our Host was very friendly and super quick to reply to any questions. Would stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay for my sons birthday. Was a short weekend visit. But we loved the natural surroundings and felt it was very private and peaceful. The cabin was equipped with everything you might need and the hosts were friendly and responsive. We hope to maybe come back with family and rent both cabins.
