Very light self contained Annexe in a peaceful rural location in the lovely village of Chelmondiston, near Ipswich. The village contains shops, pubs and the River Orwell, and all are within walking distance. Plenty of parking, you will have your own private entrance and west facing patio to enjoy the Suffolk sunsets. Two TVs and compact but full kitchen with washer / dryer. Well-behaved pets are allowed but please note the outside space is not fully enclosed. All bookings via AirBNB please.

This memorable place is anything but ordinary. Once the site office for the builders of this row of Victorian town houses, this is now a delightful and characterful holiday home. We offer a beautifully decorated sitting and dining area, comfortable bed and a compact modern shower room. You will have fast broadband, tv with Sky/Netflix.
