A charming, spacious annexe situated in the heart of the Shotley peninsula, with easy access to the Rivers Orwell & Stour. Tucked away down a small lane, leading to a network of pubic footpaths, the Annexe is seperate from a grade 2 listed property, with ample parking, and a gated courtyard and patio area. The accommodation consists of a large open plan Kitchen/dining/living area and one bedroom with en-suite toilet and shower. The living area also has a small sofa bed available on request.

The Annexe

Very light self contained Annexe in a peaceful rural location in the lovely village of Chelmondiston, near Ipswich. The village contains shops, pubs and the River Orwell, and all are within walking distance. Plenty of parking, you will have your own private entrance and west facing patio to enjoy the Suffolk sunsets. Two TVs and compact but full kitchen with washer / dryer.
