Lizz was a fabulous host and couldn’t have been more helpful. We were going to arrive at the destination prior to the check-in time but Lizz said we were welcome to park on the driveway and come in to use the bathroom. The accommodation is lovely, very comfortable and equipped with anything we could possibly need, including tea, coffee and milk in the fridge. We had a fabulous meal at the local tapas restaurant, again recommended by Lizz. The location is perfect, so peaceful and quiet, yet within easy walking distance of the town. All in all a perfect stay, we will be back!

Well what can I say apart from perfect! I booked this to propose to my fiancé due to the coziness, setting and back ground and boy did it not disappoint! The surrounding area is phenomenal and so pretty with all the wildlife right at your door step. The room itself is perfect and you could stay there for days without needing to leave. Tracy has everything you need covered from pots and pans, to cleaning products all the way to fresh milk, butter and jams. If you need anything else shops aren’t too far either. The bath is perfect and one of the most relaxing things I’ve ever been in, the little bathroom is also amazing and far more space than first seems. The shower is lovely too! The bed is very very comfortable and with extra pillows as standard it’s even better. The whole room is decorated perfectly. The hot tub, BBQ and log burners are also a massive benefit and make it the perfect relaxing getaway! Tracy is just amazing and we can’t wait to go back again, you won’t regret it!

The bungalow was lovely with very comfortable sofas and the coffee machine a great addition. There were a few issues but Jamie was very responsive and went to a great effort to rectify the situation with great communication. Would recommend the gin distillery tour in Chatham and a take away from the taste of India. Overall Jamie was a great host who definitely cares about guest experience and I would recommend a visit to the bungalow.

Sandra was very quick to respond and was very helpful. The caravan was perfect for what we needed and with an added bonus of a bottle of wine waiting for our arrival. It was a shame the pool was closed when the site advertised it as open, but this did not affect how great the caravan was.

Wendy is a lovely and very hospitable person, she makes you feel instantly welcomed and at ease. Her dog honey is an amazing addition and as is karen who has some amazing recommendations and is a lovely hostess. We unfortunately had to leave early due to family issues but would highly recommend to anyone who is looking to visit that area

We stayed just for one night but had a lovely time. The place is very spacious and quiet, it’s clean and tidy. Location-wise it’s right in the centre of town and near the beach, so it was perfect. Olga and igor were responsive and kindly let us check in a bit earlier to drop off our stuff, which hugely helped us out. The only issue is that people have a habit of parking outside the house, right next to the front door. It was a struggle to get the buggy inside on a few occasions. Other than that, brilliant stay with good hosts!

Hannah is simply a delightful and insightful host. Very kind and graciously accommodating to our queries and needs. Not only is the environment warm and lovingly filled, it’s spacious and giving with memories, laughter and gleeful spells. Located in a very safe and welcoming neighborhood, that has an enchanting morning light; we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the kids were ridiculously giddy with excitement to explore the toys and books available. Lovely base for a stay in Deal. Easy to walk to the town. V spacious for 2 adults, 1 teen and a dog. V responsive heating and clear instructions for how everything worked. Would recommend and return in the future as v good value. We all loved the shower and v comfortable beds.

Just got home from a lovely 6 night stay at Steven’s caravan. Steven was always extremely responsive and helpful. The caravan is situated right next to the amenities which was a bonus. The caravan was clean and tidy upon arrival and had essentials like toilet roll, hand wash, cleaning supplies and washing up supplies. Steven also provides tea coffee and sugar. The fire in the living room is a bit temperamental but with patience does the job once lit. We would definitely stay in this listing again! Thank you.

We had a great 4 days. The location of the house, right in front of the sea and the cleanliness, decor and order were perfect. It was also ideal for my dog, our walks were very enjoyable. I definitely recommend it and I am thinking of coming again.

Beautiful 2 bedroom seaside retreat great location

We've had a nice August Bank Holiday weekend at Lee's place. The caravan was clean, tidy and well looked after. A travel cot and a high chair were both available, which really helped us. There was a chilled bottle in the fridge (for adults) and games and books available (for kids). It was very thoughtful of Lee. It was a shame that the Saturday was an absolute washout and we couldn't explore the area. But this is the British summer for you! You would need to buy a day pass for any entertainment (5min walk from the caravan). However, only the swimming and the entrance to the pub and the arcade is included in the day pass. Any other activities you wish to try need to be paid for separately. Also it's worth checking swimming availability first, before purchasing the day pass, as swim times are limited. The bakery just round the corner on the main street was a great discovery. Nice walks with the kids by the sea were good too. Lee's place was great and he is a very good host.

This is a beautiful home from home, it felt like staying with friends. We visited at Easter and there were two chocolate rabbits waiting for the kids, which was a lovely touch. The kitchen, living area and main bedroom are spacious and this is a great area. Close to the beach, train station, bars and restaurants. A lovely stay and we’d go back again.
