You have the entire windmill to yourself. Three floors, 3 bedrooms with double beds: it easily sleeps 6, a kitchen, living, 2 toilets and a bathroom with bath/shower. Bikes available + kayak. The setting and location are unique, within the city walls of the Fortress. Wonderful walks on the city walls, between 3.5 and 5 km. In the village, you will find several nice shops and restaurants with terraces. On Saturday there is a market. Naarden Bussum Train Station is 2.5 km (1.5 miles) from De Vesting. Accessible by bus 110, and at the station, you can rent public transportation bicycles. Within 1 kilometer, there is a large Albert Heijn supermarket.
