We had a nice and peaceful stay. The rental was small, but had needed amenities. We appreciated the snacks that were there for us when we arrived. The host was friendly and responsive.

We enjoyed a delightful long weekend at Croft 41. The house was perfect for our needs (two families with kids), the location absolutely stunning, and the wood-fired hot tub was also real highlight! Rachel is a very friendly and communicative host. Would definitely return in the future if we were looking to stay in this beautiful corner of Skye.

Beautiful cottage. Felt out of the way but was close to road into portree. Very warm building, bathroom and rooms superb. Would highly recommend and revisit. Visiting sheep was an added bonus!

we absolutely loved staying at Marie's place. The house had everything you need and was nice and clean. We got lucky and had a beautiful sunset visible through the living room window! The views are amazing and it is in a great location to explore Skye! I would definitely recommend Marie's place to other travellers!

This cottage is perfect for those who may want to get away for some peace and quiet in a beautiful Scottish Highlands setting. Alistair is an amazing host, with a warm and welcoming personality. He made us feel right at home. and could not have been more accommodating.

I had a lovely stay in the Cowshed Pods (mine had a dog pod too which was a lovely touch). The pod was lovely, clean, felt very cozy and comfortable. Receptionists were very polite and helpful, would definitely stay here again.

Grant’s place was absolutely amazing! We loved every minute of our stay. It was the perfect base for exploring Skye and taking some time to disconnect. One night we cooked in, and another we went to the Old Inn and enjoyed sitting on the patio overlooking the loch, such a beautiful view! We’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!!

Elizabeth’s house is a traditional house but yet equipped with a huge array of features like dishwasher and washer to keep up with our laundry needs. Toys, basketball and Netflix definitely keep my kids entertained. Most importantly is the jaw dropping view of the sheep and greenery with the Braes in the background when you look out of the window. A friendly and hospitable host who is willing to go the extra mile! 👍

This is the largest and most comfortable pod we've ever stayed in. It felt great to have enough space to pack/unpack, relax and enjoy the stay. It was great to have a large shower space and not struggle to wash in a confined area. Lots of lovely and thoughtful touches, with milk, bread and a choice of tea bags and coffee available. We loved watching the two sheep and the chickens, and being able to have a view of the sea. Would highly recommend.

We had such an amazing time here, we are already planning to go back! Everyone was so friendly and eager to share information about the island. Would recommend staying at least three nights to be able to see all the landmarks. Isebail’s place was very comfortable and scenic. Can’t wait to go back!

Vi hade en helt fantastisk vistelse på Ise of Skye. Boendet var optimalt. Ett utmärkt att utgå ifrån för att upptäcka alla sevärdheter på ön. Boendet hade allt och lite till, de hade verkligen tänkt på allt! De kändes väldigt tråkigt att lämna, vi hoppas att vi får nöjet att återvända någon gång!

Väldigt mysigt ställe på landsbygden. Tyvärr lite ostädat när vi kom vilket gjorde att vi fick börja med att dammsuga och torka bord mm. Utöver detta var det ett supermysigt boende med sköna sängar och fin utsikt.

David & Aisling's place was beautiful beyond words. The location was perfect – short driving distance to Portree and it had everything we need for a very comfortable, warm stay. View from the living area was the best and perfect for winding down after a day out. Would definitely want to come back again if I can!

La cabaña de Dawn y Ali es preciosa, acogedora y calida, muy bien equipada y decorada con buen gusto. Al ingresar a la misma nos encontramos con un hermoso presente de bienvenida obsequiado por los anfitriones. La cabaña esta ubicada en una zona alta de Staffin y orientada con maravillosas vistas al mar que baña las costas de la Isla de Skye, lo cual transmite paz y tranquilidad. Dawn fue muy amable en permitirnos adelantar el check-in y en saludarnos personalmente a nuestra llegada, en todo momento respondio de inmediato a nuestras inquietudes. Lo pasamos de maravilla en su encantador espacio. Lo recomiendo 100%.

Beautiful cabin with amazing sea view. Everything was spotlessly clean and there were plenty of amenities for a small cabin, although it felt bigger than I had expected. Great communication from Karen and Gareth.

Michelle was very quick to respond and extremely helpful when we had problems with our original reservation elsewhere and needed to rebook last minute. The location is quiet and in a beautiful rural setting with many of the area’s sites within a reasonable drive. The 2-bed 2-bath place worked very well for two friends traveling together.

We had a fantastic stay! The home was so comfortable and we were able to relax and during our travels! Yasmin was such a great host and we appreciated all she did for us! We would definitely stay here again!

This pod was amazing! We couldn't believe how lucky we were with the amazing panoramic view and perfect location. The pod had everything we needed and was very spacious. Was sad to leave!!

Out of all the places that we stayed while in Scotland, this was our favorite. It felt very homey and comfortable and super clean. We had a few visitors like chickens and a little lost sheep named Lucky Bucky. It was a beautiful home with all the amenities. The shower was very nice and hot and strong. The bed was comfortable in the bedding was luxurious. It wasn't but a ten minute drive to town to get groceries or go to a restaurant to eat. Location to the isle of skye was perfect. You will not be disappointed if you stay here.

We enjoyed our stay here and wished we had more time to relax and enjoy the surroundings. We loved waking up to the mountain views and all the sheep. The cottage is exactly as described and we felt right at home. If we are lucky enough to travel to Skye again, we would definitely stay here!

Sally's cottage was absolutely lovely! The house itself is beautiful. You really feel like you're a part of the Isle, with sheep as your neighbors and clear views and paths to the sea! All in all a wonderful vacation, but one tip just make sure to bring items like shampoo/conditioner/body wash/coffee pods and things like that, since it is fairly remote it was a bit difficult to get those since they weren't supplied.

This was our second trip to The Barn on Skye. We dreamt about coming back as soon as we left last year. We actually planned our entire stay around the cottage availability. The views and location are spectacular- out of a dream. And you’re located right along Brothers Point trail so it’s amazingly convenient. The cottage is well equipped and very comfortable. We stayed with our two children ages 2 and 8 and they loved it as well. We look forward to hopefully staying again next year and making it a tradition for our annual trips to Scotland!! Thank you again for a spectacular stay and memories!!

Lovely house in a great location for exploring Skye! We really enjoyed our stay and felt right at home. Very easy to reach from both the ferry from Armadale and the bridge. Everything you need is provided, great love for detail. Would highly recommend!
